dc.description.abstractResearch has determined that business tourism produces more income per person, per day than leisure travellers. To understand this phenomenon, this study investigated the effects of capacity management, customer relationship management, information computer technology (ICT), service quality, supplier relationship management (SRM), and supply chain management (SCM) on Thailand's meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions (MICE) industry organisational effectiveness. The researchers embraced a descriptive survey methodology designed to assess how the 500 managers surveyed viewed their organisations' effectiveness. The design employed the self-administration of questionnaires to a sample of individuals which was aimed at finding each individual's attitudes and opinion about how the 21 observed variables impacted their operations. Of the 10 hypotheses and 21 observed variables, nine were proven, with the findings confirming that ICT has a significant effect on MICE organisational effectiveness.
