dc.description.abstractA circuit technique for realising a floating voltage-controlled negative resistor that is suitable for fabrication in CMOS technology is presented. The negative resistor action is achieved through nonlinearity cancellation of the currents of MOS transistors in saturation. © 1992, The Institution of Electrical Engineers. All rights reserved.
