This study develops a cooperative robot system for collecting coastal litter. An unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) scans the area to locate trash, while an unmanned ground vehicle (UGV) is navigated to the location for physical collection. The system aims to improve the efficiency of beach cleanup operations.
