This paper presents energy, economic, and environmental analysis of the PV Water Pump. <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">${A}$</tex> case study of the tapioca drip irrigation system in Kamphaeng Phet Province in Thailand is provided. The conditions of this tapiocafield are 1) no electricity and 2) thefield owners are not willing to pay for the electricity cost; therefore, it is crucial to decide whether PV connected with <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">${\alpha}$</tex> centrifugal pump is suitable for tapioca drip irrigation system. Each parameter in this <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">${3E}$</tex> analysis has been evaluated to preset the most suitable PV pumping system.
