Abstract
This paper presents the design and implementation of an advanced automatic playing card shuffling machine that incorporates various shuffling techniques to effectively scramble cards. In the past, numerous mathematical concepts have been proposed to shuffle a deck of cards in a way that approaches complete randomness. Nevertheless, there has been limited investigation into shuffling machines that utilize these mathematical models. This study concentrates on developing a prototype of a card-shuffling machine that is integrated with a probability function based on the unified convergence analysis. This research transforms the mathematical theory into a practical and functioning shuffler machine as well as micro manipulators for the card input/output system. The proposed prototype has been designed and implemented. The experimental results are impressive and demonstrate the randomness and usefulness of such a shuffling machine.
