This paper presents the quadrature oscillator using voltage differencing current conveyors (VDCCs) - based on the LC circuit parallel to the positive and negative resistors. In this design, two active devices, VDCC is constructed with two grounded capacitors and three grounded resistors. The sine waves are obtained both voltage and current mode. It can generate quadrature sinusoidal voltage output and two current outputs with amplitude controllability. Two current outputs with high impedance are180 o degree phase difference are also obtained. Adjusting the condition and frequency of signal generation can be done independently via electronic feature. The total harmonic distortion is less than 0.97 % and power consumption at a maximum frequency of 1.12MHz is 1.82mW at power supply voltages ±0.9 V. The workability of the circuit is verified by PSPICE.
