Item type:Publication, Supply chain operations reference model for the flight simulator maintenance service process model: A case study of asian aviation training centre(2019-05-24) ;Krueakam, SuchapitSuharitdamrong, VithayaThis study aims to present the flight simulator maintenance process model. To avoid failures of the system and mechanical, it is necessary to implement the maintenance processes. Moreover, flight simulator operator has to ensure that the performance of the devices qualified with the international regulations published by EASA, ICAO, and FAA. This paper demonstrates the maintenance process model and framework which is adapted to the supply chain operations reference (SCOR) model, to implement the flight simulator maintenance supply chain. The maintenance process model purposed with the most popular notation which called Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) to support identification and visualisation of the processes as well as validate the effectiveness of models through the reviewing and analysing methodology with the experts in the field. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, Applying Systems Approach the Case Study of Tertiary Education Institutions in Thailand(2019-05-14) ;Jungthawan, Siripong ;Suharitdamrong, VithayaTiyarattanachai, RonnachaiSystems thinking is normally accepted as the backbone of a successful systems approach and understanding the big picture. Systemigrams help system engineers map the relation between members in the systems of interest (SOI) and provide text and pictures that were drawn on a map, so Systemigrams are used to present a picture of the whole system or present individual system components and contexts in a supply chain system. Moreover, a systems approach shows the full perspective of a business architecture and links the vision of the organization into real action. In summary, a business architecture could transform business processes in each department of a university from manual processes to more productive automated processes. In this study, we have drawn Systemigrams and a designed framework to bring the value through the education supply chain with a digital business process. This study can provide a framework to implement a digital supply chain transformation in a typical Thai university, KMITL, and then we apply it to the other tertiary education institutions and the other service business sectors in Thailand and similar countries.
