Item type:Publication, Closed Pig Barn Control System Model(2024-01-01) ;Nattanamaharoj, Nithinan ;Tammarugwattana, Narin ;Phaisalpanumas, PipatTammaruckwattana, SirichaiThis paper presents a temperature and humidity control model for use in a pig barn with an evaporative cooling system and fogging system through an application that can be accessed from the Internet. To be compatible with Farming 4.0 and reduce the problem of epidemics in the pig farm. Temperature and humidity are measured through sensors and used to control them through a microcontroller. Users can monitor the temperature, humidity, and system operation via the application. The control system can be controlled with both manual mode and automatic mode. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, Leaf Sensor for Stomata Transpiration Monitoring Using Temperature and Humidity(2018-07-02) ;Pipitsunthonsan, Pronthep ;Sopharat, Jessada ;Sirisuk, PhaophakChongcheawchamnan, MitchaiThis paper presents a leaf sensor which was designed for stomatal transpiration detection. The sensor consists of a thermocouple, a humidity sensor and a programmed microcontroller. The thermocouple measures temperature difference between the leaf and its surrounding atmosphere while relative humidity of the atmosphere was recorded. The sensor design was verified with the standard tool and the image of stomata captured with a high-gain camera lens. From the experimental results, data collected from the developed sensor indicates the stomatal status. This proves the potentiality of the proposed sensor for stomatal transpiration detection.
