Item type:Publication, 0.75-V four-quadrant current multiplier using floating gate-MOS transistors(2014-10-15) ;Kumngern, MontreeChanwutitum, JirasakThis paper presents a new ultra-low-voltage current-mode four-quadrant analog multiplier. A floating-gate technique is used to provide operating at a supply voltage of 0.75 V for the proposed circuit. PSPICE simulators using 0.18 μm TSMC CMOS process are used to show the workability of the multiplier. Simulation results show that the circuit has a linearity error of 1.5 % for the input current 8 μA, total harmonic distortion of 0.96 % for the input current 8 μA<inf>peak</inf> and quiescent power consumption of 19.9 μW. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, An electronically tunable current-mode first-order allpass filter using a CCCCTA(2013-12-01) ;Kumngern, MontreeChanwutitum, JirasakThis paper presents a new current-mode first-order allpass filter employing only one current-controlled current conveyor transconductance amplifier (CCCCTA), one capacitor and one MOS resistor. The pole frequency and the current gain of the filter can be controlled electronically by the bias currents of the CCCCTA. Also, both inverting and non-inverting allpass filters can be achieved into a single circuit. No component-matching condition requirements are needed for realizing allpass filtering function. PSPICE simulations using TSMC 0.25 μm CMOS is performed to examine the proposed filter. © 2013 IEEE. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, Fully integrated current-mode quadrature sinusoidal oscillator circuit(2011-10-18) ;Kumngern, Montree ;Chanwutitum, JirasakDejhan, KobchaiThis paper presents a new mixed-mode quadrature oscillator using one current controlled current conveyor (CCCII), one CCCII with controlled current gain and two grounded capacitors. The oscillation condition and the oscillation frequency can be controlled orthogonally and electronically by the bias currents of the CCCIIs. The circuit provides two quadrature voltage outputs and four quadrature current outputs and then can be classified as a mixed-mode oscillator. Simulation results that confirm the theoretical predictions are also given. © 2011 IEEE.
