This paper presents a voltage-mode quadrature oscillator employing a differential difference current conveyor transconductance amplifier and all-grounded passive devices. The use of grounded passive devices makes the proposed circuit ideal for integrated circuit implementation. The oscillating condition and frequency of the circuit can be controlled orthogonally by the circuit component. The circuit also offers an electronic control of the oscillating frequency through adjusting the bias currents of active devices. The theoretical results are verified by PSPICE simulators. © 2013 IEEE.

A new current-mode four-phase quadrature oscillator circuit using a single modified current controlled current conveyor transconductance amplifier (MCCCCTA) and two grounded capacitors is presented. The oscillator provides four current outputs with 90° phase difference from high output impedance terminals. The condition of oscillation and the frequency of oscillation can be electronically and orthogonally tuned by adjusting bias currents of MCCCCTA. Non-ideal analysis and sensitivity study of the circuit are carried out. The results of circuit simulations are fully in agreement with the theoretical. © 2012 IEEE.

This paper presents a new mixed-mode quadrature oscillator using one current controlled current conveyor (CCCII), one CCCII with controlled current gain and two grounded capacitors. The oscillation condition and the oscillation frequency can be controlled orthogonally and electronically by the bias currents of the CCCIIs. The circuit provides two quadrature voltage outputs and four quadrature current outputs and then can be classified as a mixed-mode oscillator. Simulation results that confirm the theoretical predictions are also given. © 2011 IEEE.

This paper presents a new current-controlled mixed-mode quadrature oscillator using only a current controlled current differencing transconductance amplifier (CCCDTA), two grounded capacitors and one MOS resistor. The structure is beneficial to monolithic integrated circuit implementation. The proposed circuit provides two quadrature voltage outputs and two quadrature current outputs. The quadrature current outputs also offer the feature of high output impedance. The oscillation condition and the oscillation frequency of the oscillator are independently controllable. PSPICE simulation results which confirm the theoretical predictions are also given. © 2011 IEEE.
