Item type:Publication, Versatile MIMO voltage-mode OTA-C universal biquadratic filter(2011-12-01)This paper presents a new versatile voltage-mode universal filter with multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) based on single-ended operational transconductance amplifiers (OTAs). The proposed circuit can realize a two-input, four-output biquad filter and a three-input, single-output biquad filter without changing the circuit topology. The natural frequency and the quality factor can be set orthogonally by adjusting the circuit components. The natural frequency can also be controlled electronically by adjusting the bias currents. The simulation results are performed to confirm the presented theory. © 2011 IEEE. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, Tunable current-mode quadrature sinusoidal oscillator using CCCFTAs and grounded capacitors(2013-05-20) ;Lamun, Panit; ;Torteanchai, UsaSarsitthithum, KanokThis paper presents a new electronically tunable current-mode quadrature sinusoidal oscillator which employs only two current-controlled current follower transconductance amplifiers (CCCFTAs) and two grounded capacitors. The proposed oscillator offers the advantages of independent electronic control for setting the frequency of oscillation and the condition of oscillation, availability of two explicit quadrature current outputs, and low active and passive sensitivities. The outputs of the circuit possess high impedance level which is directly connected to the loads without buffer circuits. The use of grounded capacitors makes the proposed structure highly suitable for integrated circuit implementation. The workability of the proposed structure is verified by PSPICE simulations based on CMOS technology. © 2013 IEEE. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, 1 V Electronically Tunable Differential Difference Current Conveyors Using Multiple-Input Operational Transconductance Amplifiers(2024-03-01); ;Khateb, Fabian ;Kulej, TomaszLanghammer, LukasThis paper presents electronically tunable current conveyors using low-voltage, low-power, multiple-input operational transconductance amplifiers (MI-OTAs). The MI-OTA is realized using the multiple-input bulk-driven Metal Oxide Semiconductor transistor (MIBD-MOST) technique to achieve minimum power consumption. The MI-OTA also features high linearity, a wide input range, and a simple Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor (CMOS). Thus, high-performance electronically tunable current conveyors are obtained. With the MI-OTA-based current conveyor, both an electronically tunable differential difference current conveyor (EDDCC) and a second-generation electronically tunable current conveyor (ECCII) are available. Unlike the conventional differential difference current conveyor (DDCC) and second-generation current conveyor (CCII), the current gains of the EDDCC and ECCII can be controlled by adjusting the transconductance ratio of the current conveyors. The proposed EDDCC has been used to realize a voltage-to-current converter and current-mode universal filter to show the advantages of the current gain of the EDDCC. The proposed current conveyors and their applications are designed and simulated in the Cadence environment using 0.18 μm TSMC (Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company) CMOS technology. The proposed circuit uses ±0.5 V of power supply and consumes 90 μW of power. The simulation results are presented and confirm the functionality of the proposed circuit and the filter application. Furthermore, the experimental measurement of the EDDCC implemented in the form of a breadboard connection using a commercially available LM13700 device is presented. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, Quadrature oscillator with independent frequency control using ECCIIs(2015-01-26); This paper presents a new mixed-mode quadrature oscillator. The proposed structure employs two electronically tunable second-generation current conveyors, two grounded capacitors and three grounded resistors which is suitable for integrated circuit implementation. Unlike previously oscillators, both the condition of oscillation and the frequency of oscillation of the proposed oscillator can be controlled using resistors and/or current-gain of ECCII. The circuit provides two quadrature current outputs and two quadrature voltage outputs. The current output terminals also possess high-impedance level which can be directly connected to the next stage without additional buffer circuits. PSPICE simulation results are given to confirm the workability of the proposed structure. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, Current-controlled voltage-mode multifunction filter using CCDDCCs(2011-09-01)This paper presents a new voltage-mode multifunction filter with four inputs and three outputs employing three current controlled differential difference current conveyors (CCDDCCs) and two grounded capacitors. The proposed circuit can provide low-pass, band-pass, high-pass, band-stop and all-pass voltage responses by appropriately connecting the input and output terminals, at a high impedance input terminal which enable easy cascadability. The circuit parameters <inf>0</inf> and Q can be set orthogonally by adjusting the circuit components. PSPICE simulation results are also performed to confirm the theoretical analysis. © 2011 IEEE. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, Realization of electronically tunable first-order allpass filter using single-ended OTAs(2012-12-01)A new of voltage-mode first-order allpass filter using only three single-ended operational transconductance amplifiers (OTAs) and one capacitor is proposed. The pole frequency can be controlled electronically by adjusting the transconductance value of the OTA. Moreover, for realizing first-order allpass reposed no any conditions of component-matching are required. The characteristics of the proposed filter circuit are also simulated using PSPICE simulations to verify the theory. © 2012 IEEE. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

The proposed circuit provides following advantages: realization of lowpass, bandpass, highpass, bandstop and allpass current responses; orthogonal control of the natural frequency and the quality factor; employment of grounded passive components which is very suitable for integrated circuit implementation; low active and passive sensitivities. Simulation results are also given to confirm the presented theory. © 2012 IEEE. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, Arbitrary Waveform Generators Using Current-Controlled Current Conveyor Transconductance Amplifier and Current Conveyor Analog Switches(2019-10-01); ;Nonthaputha, ThanatKhateb, FabianThis paper presents a new amplitude modulation (AM), frequency modulation (FM), amplitude shift keying (ASK), frequency shift keying (FSK), phase shift keying (PSK) and quadrature amplitude modulation (QAM) waveform generators using current current-controlled conveyor transconductance amplifier (CCCTA) and current conveyor analog switches (CCASs). The CCCTA around with capacitors and resistors are used to generate high-frequency carrier which is worked as a quadrature oscillator. The oscillating frequency of oscillator can be controlled using the bias current of CCCTA, therefore FM and FSK waveforms can be obtained by applying information signal through the bias current of CCCTA. Unlike previous waveform generators, proposed circuit uses second generation current conveyor (CCII) to work as CCAS and AM, ASK, PSK and QAM waveforms can be obtained by putting information signals to control switches that realized using CCIIs. The proposed circuit has been simulated using 0.18μm CMOS n-well process from TSMC. The simulation results are used to confirm workability of the proposed circuit. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

Item type:Publication, A simple laboratory test of music therapy for insufficient sleep(2016-02-04); ;Mahrozeh, Nurhayatee; This article studies the behavior of human sleep found the insufficient sleep problem due to the brain performance. This experiment uses devices such as sleeptracker to save the results of a sleep and electroencephalogram (EEG) to detect brainwaves while enjoying music. However, this study considers only a general sleep and sleep event that a relaxed with the music. The findings indicated the music can help to reduce the problems of insufficient sleep. As a result, volunteers are developing the sleep as sufficiently and efficiently due to get the best quality of sleep in the life. It is also available to deploy to the general person in order to solve the problem of insufficient sleep.
