Item type:Publication, Single-input three-output current-mode multifunction filter using single CCCTA(2017-11-03) ;Budboonchu, JakrawatTangsrirat, WorapongThis work presents the circuit configuration for realizing a canonical current-mode multifunction biquad filter with single input and three outputs (SITO) is introduced. The presented filter uses a single current-controlled conveyor transconductance amplifier (CCCTA) and only two grounded capacitors, without using external passive resistors. It is capable of generating the three standard biquadratic filtering functions, i.e. lowpass, bandpass and highpass current responses simultaneously, without changing circuit configuration. The proposed filter can also be tuned electronically by external bias currents of the CCCTA. The circuit is analyzed for the non-idealities of the used CCCTA and possesses attractive low sensitivity performance. PSPICE simulation results are found to be in good agreement with the theoretical analysis. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

The described structure employs a single current-controlled conveyor transconductance amplifier (CCCTA), and only two grounded capacitors, without needing any external passive resisotrs. By properly selecting the relevant input signal, the circuit is capable of generating the five standard biquadratic filtering functions, i.e. lowpass, bandpass, highpass, bandstop and allpass current responses. The proposed filter can also be electronically tuned by external bias currents of the CCCTA. The circuit is analyzed for the non-idealities of the used CCCTA and possesses attractive low sensitivity performance. Item type:Publication, Resistorless floating inductance simulation using CCCTAs(2016-09-06) ;Budboonchu, JakrawatTangsrirat, WorapongThis paper presents the simple realization of the resistorless floating inductance simulation circuit based on using current-controlled conveyor transconductance amplifier (CCCTA). The proposed inductance simulator is realized by using only two CCCTAs and one capacitor without needing an external passive resistor. This configuration results in simple and canonical structure. The resulting equivalent inductance value of the proposed simulator is electronically adjustable through external bias currents. PSPICE simulation results demonstrating the circuit behaviors and confirming the theoretical analysis are performed. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, Dual-mode sinusoidal quadrature oscillator with single CCCTA and grounded capacitors(2016-09-01)Tangsrirat, WorapongIn this work, a sinusoidal quadrature oscillator which simultaneously generates voltage and current signal outputs is proposed. It contains only a single current-controlled conveyor transconductance amplifier (CCCTA) and two grounded capacitors. The proposed oscillator has the advantage features of resistorless structure realization, electronic frequency control, availability of two explicit voltage and current quadrature outputs, and low sensitivity figure. Moreover, the parasitic elements existing at the CCCTA terminals are taken into account. The performance of the proposed oscillator circuit was verified using PSPICE simulation with acceptable results.
