Item type:Publication, CMOS-based current-mode tunable ladder Elliptic low-pass filter(2015-10-09); ;Kunto, Terdsak ;Somdunyakanok, MontriPrommee, TanakritThis paper presents a tunable CMOS-based third-order low-pass filter that can be operated in high frequency. The proposed low pass filter is designed based on Elliptic Ladder low-pass filter prototype. The proposed filter structure is constructed by using two lossy integrators and a lossless integrator. The proposed filter comprises only 18 transistors. The frequency responses of low-pass filter can be electronically tuned between 10kHz and 100MHz through bias current from 0.01 μA to 100 μA. The circuit used 1.5 V power supply with 3mW power consumption at 100 μA bias current. Using of the grounded capacitors which is suitable for further integration. THD of low-pass filter can be obtained less than 1% along the operating frequencies. PSPICE simulation results are carried out to confirm the theory by using TSMC 0.18μm technology.1 - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, A novel optical radio on fiber multi-channel by micro ring resonator system(2012-01-01) ;Pornsuwancharoen, N. ;Boonmeewised, K. ;Kitcharoen, N. ;Sansoda, B.Yupapin, P. P.We propose a novel system that can be used to generate the new optical radio on fiber communication continuous variable channel using a Gaussian pulse propagating within a nonlinear micro-nanoring resonator system. By using the wide range of the Gaussian input for instance, when the input pulses of the common lasers with centre wavelengths from 1,300 nm are used, which this system is simple for used. Results obtained have shown that more available wavelength bands and frequency domain(THz) from the different ring parameter and wavelengths can be generated, which can be used to form new optical to high frequency ranges, whereas the use of the very high channel capacity for personal wavelength and very high security and multi-channel in network applications is plausible. © 2010 Published by Elsevier Ltd. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, Analysis of two continuous control regions of conventional phase shift and transition phase shift for induction heating inverter under ZVS and NON-ZVS operation(2008-12-04) ;Viriya, Pichetjamreon ;Yongyuth, NarasMatsuse, KoukiThis paper proposes an analysis of two continuous control regions of conventional phase shift and transition phase shift for a full-bridge series resonant inverter operating under zero voltage switching (ZVS) and nonzero voltage switching (NON-ZVS) conditions with the load of induction heating. A number of circuit operations for the cases of conventional phase-shift and transition phase-shift control regions under ZVS and NON-ZVS conditions are analyzed first. Various voltage and current equations of the operating circuits are then obtained and used for calculation of the waveforms with the aid of the MATLAB program. The calculated waveforms make possible the consideration of some important circuit parameters that are used to determine ZVS or NON-ZVS conditions. The theoretical results and the proposed method are also verified by experiments, using a prototype test set in our laboratory. © 2008 IEEE. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, Analysis of transition mode from phase-shift to zero phase-shift under ZVS and NON-ZVS operation for induction heating inverter(2008-01-01) ;Viriya, Pichetjamroen ;Yongyuth, NarasMatSUSe, KoukiThis paper proposes an analysis of transition mode from phase-shift to zero phase-shift under ZVS and NON-ZVS operations for a series resonant inverter with the load of induction heating. A number of circuit operations during transition mode from phase-shift to zero phase-shift under ZVS and NON-ZVS conditions are first analyzed. Item type:Publication, High frequency and high precision CMOS full-wave rectifier(2006-03-01); Dejhan, K.This paper describes a high frequency and high precision full-wave rectifier using a fully differential input and output operational transconductance amplifier (FDIO-OTA), which is very suitable for CMOS technology implementation. The system comprises a voltage to current converter, precision full-wave rectifier and a current-to-voltage converter. An input voltage signal is converted into two symmetrical current signals by using a FDIO-OTA. Two current signals will be rectified by using MOS diodes and convert into output voltage by using grounded MOS resistor. The circuit exhibits a very precise rectifier and very high operating frequency. The simulation results demonstrate the performance of the proposed circuit.2
