Item type:Item, An Analysis of the Causal Relationships in Sustainable Consumption Behaviour (SCB) of Thai Student Science Teachers(2021-01-01)Pimdee, PaitoonHaving its originations in the 1987 UN Brundtland Report and the 1994 Oslo Symposium for sustainable consumption and production (SCP), education for sustainable development (ESD) has taken on global importance. As such, the study’s author sought to examine the causal relationships on sustainable consumption behaviour (SCB) of Thai student science teachers, as these are the leaders of tomorrow. The sample of 200 men and 200 women was obtained by use of multistage random sampling from ten state universities located across 5 Thai regions. The research tool was a 5-level response questionnaire consisting of 130 total items examining 18 observed variables, of which 97 items were positive in nature, while the remaining 33 items were negative in nature. The IOC was used to assess the questionnaire’s development process by the three teacher training experts. Subsequent item reliability testing of the pilot test group of 62 individuals used Cronbach’s Alpha (α) to judge reliability. Further data analysis made use of LISREL 9.1 software on the interrelationships of the latent variables psychological state (PS), environmental education (EE), psychological traits (PT), situation (SIT), as well as their effect on SCB. Results revealed that all the model’s causal variables had a positive effect on SCB, which can be explained by the combined influence of the factors (R2) being 92%. Furthermore, four factors were determined to influence SCB. Ranked in importance, these included SIT, EE, PS, and PT. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Item, Reduced graphene oxide thin film prepared by electrostatic spray deposition technique(2019-03-15) ;Songkeaw, Potiyan ;Onlaor, Korakot ;Thiwawong, ThutiyapornTunhoo, BenchapolReduced graphene oxide (rGO) thin films were prepared by one-step electrostatic spray deposition (ESD) technique with a precursor solution of graphene oxide in mixed alcohol solvent. The deposited rGO films showed decreasing thicknesses ranging from approximately 340 nm–120 nm as substrate temperature increased from 150 °C to 275 °C. Raman spectroscopy indicated lowest intensity ratio of D to G band (I <inf>D</inf> /I <inf>G</inf> ) of the rGO films at substrate temperature of 275 °C. Highest carbon per oxygen (C/O) ratio was also obtained at substrate temperature of 275 °C. The ESD technique was used for film deposition on an area of 5 × 5 cm 2 , while an acetone gas sensor based on single layer rGO film was fabricated by one-step ESD technique. Results indicated the possibility of controlling thickness components in the rGO film, and the capability of large-area production by this scalable ESD method. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Item, Reliability modeling for integrated BPCS and ESD system case study: A two-phase gas-liquid separator process(2018-06-08)Thepmanee, TeerawatThis paper addresses the analytical models and statistical methods used to analyze reliability systems that form the basis for evaluation and prediction of the stochastic failure and nonrepairable behavior of complex process control systems, assembled using a variety of components. The reliability model design of a two-phase gas-liquid separator process has been conducted in this study. The quantitative fault tree analysis approach which has been proved to be acceptable and widely applied in many applications of modeling and methods supporting the system integrator and safety engineer not only to identify how subsystems and components could fail and what are the corresponding effects on the whole system, but also to quantify the reliability parameters for complex systems. The results obtained from our case study can be useful as the tools for justifying the design and implement of BPCS&ESD systems. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Item, Electrical bistable properties of ZnO nanoparticles thin film prepared by electrostatic spray deposition technique(2015-07-01) ;Chaithanatkun, Natpasit ;Chantarawong, Direklit ;Songkeaw, Potiyan ;Onlaor, KorakotThiwawong, ThutiyapornThin films of zinc oxide nanoparticles (ZnO NPs) for bistable device was prepared by electrostatic spray deposition technique based on an indium-tin oxide/ZnO NPs/aluminum (ITO/ZnO NPs /Al) structure. The characterizations of ZnO NPs films were performed using X-ray diffraction (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM). The influence of the deposition time on properties of films was also investigated. Moreover, the effect of deposition time on the bistable properties can be performed by current-voltage (I-V) measurements. The conduction mechanism of the bistable device was analyzed by theoretical model. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
