    The impact of logistics service quality through the perceived organizational image on performance: cold chain logistics provider in Thailand

    The impact of logistics service quality and perceived organizational image on firm performance, are explored using the structural equation modeling analysis for Thailand's cold chain logistics provider. The objectives of this study were to direct, indirect, and total impact of logistics service quality through perceived organizational image on the performance of cold chain logistics providers, assessed by customers receiving services from cold chain logistics service companies. This quantitative research method uses a questionnaire to collect data from 541 respondents. Moreover, the results obtained from logistics service quality have a significant enhancing effect on the perceived organizational image, and both have significant positive effects on performance. Additionally, the role of the perceived organizational image as a mediating variable between logistics service quality and performance is emphasized. Logistics service quality has the most direct significant effect on perceived organizational image. Additionally, corporate image perception significantly mediates the relationship between service quality and logistics efficiency. These findings have contributions, relevant support, and benefits in academic, managerial, and important implications for cold chain providers in Thailand. It empirically demonstrates that the impact of logistics service quality can be supported through the perceived organizational image. This image is built on past experiences, emotions, and perceptions about the organization's reputation and the quality of its logistics services, including management logistic flow.

    Exploring the effects of perceived values on consumer usage intention for electric vehicle in Thailand: the mediating effect of satisfaction

    Nowadays, electric vehicle innovation plays an important role in the market, transportation, logistics and supply chain in the electric mobility industry, contributing to environmental protection and reducing pollution. The commercial EV launched in Thailand which has been very popular with consumers, but it is also not widely used, and there are not many market surveys about customer usage intention. Therefore, it is necessary to study seriously. This study explores the impact of the perceived value of electric vehicle (EV) features on consumer usage intention to use electric vehicles in Thailand, with the mediating effect of customer satisfaction. The results showed that perceived value from using EV, consumer satisfaction, and usage intention of EV, there is a significant direct and indirect relationship. These findings have contributions and relevant expected benefits.

    Enhanced carotenoid production in Chlorococcum humicola via two-stage cultivation in synthetic wastewater under white light stress conditions

    Carotenoids are high-value pigments widely used in nutraceutical and pharmaceutical applications due to their antioxidant properties. This study investigates the effect of white light intensity on carotenoid biosynthesis in Chlorococcum humicola cultivated in synthetic domestic wastewater using a two-stage process in a 10-L airlift photobioreactor. The first stage (green phase) supported optimal biomass growth at 3,500 Lux, followed by a stress-induced red phase under nitrogen depletion with elevated light intensities ranging from 3,500 to 60,000 Lux. Biomass, chlorophyll, fatty acids, and carotenoids were analyzed, and β-carotene was identified using HPLC. At 20,000–40,000 Lux, cells preferentially accumulated fatty acids up to 26.69 ±0.14 percent of dry weight, indicating a metabolic shift toward energy storage. Exposure to 60,000 Lux significantly enhanced carotenoid production, reaching 1.69 ± 0.03 mg L<sup>−1</sup>, with β-carotene accounting for 17.16 ± 0.04 percent of total carotenoids. Statistical analysis confirmed significant differences among treatments (p < 0.05). The stable chlorophyll-to-biomass ratio suggests metabolic reallocation rather than pigment degradation. These findings demonstrate the photoadaptive capacity of C. humicola and highlight white light as an eco-friendly strategy for enhancing carotenoid production in scalable systems.

    Prioritizing the Factors Affecting the Application of Industry 4.0 Technology in Electrical Appliance Manufacturing using a Fuzzy Analytical Network Process Approach
    The fourth industrial revolution is a technological advancement that is posing new challenges in manufacturing and services. Industries must adopt innovations to create value-added for their products and services to gain a competitive advantage and increase production efficiency. Therefore, this research aims to study the factors that influence the application of Industry 4.0 technology for managing electrical appliance production by focusing on five major factors: the internet of things, cloud manufacturing, big data analytics, additive manufacturing, and cyber-physical systems, which can be further subdivided into 23 sub-factors. The fuzzy analytic network process (FANP) technique is used to prioritize the factors to develop criteria for selecting appropriate applications of Industry 4.0 technology in manufacturing. Besides, a questionnaire based on the FANP approach is used to collect data from 82 electrical appliance manufacturers to calculate the weight of each factor. Consequently, the Internet of Things is ranked first, followed by big data analytics and additive manufacturing. While the results have indicated the importance of sub-factors as data-driven, data collection, tracking, monitoring, and automation, respectively. The benefit of this research is that manufacturers of electrical appliances can use this research as a criterion for implementing Industry 4.0 technology for long-term effectiveness
