Item type:Publication, EMERGING TRENDS AND ORGANIZATIONAL DRIVERS OF METAVERSE ADOPTION FOR REMOTE WORK: QUANTITATIVE INSIGHTS FROM THE FMCG INDUSTRY(2024-06-24); ; ; Adopting and using metaverse technologies for remote work is increasingly becoming a focal point for organizations across industries, including the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector. This study aims to investigate the organizational drivers that influence the intention to use the metaverse for remote work within the FMCG industry. Using the extended TAM framework, the study investigated the effects of various constructs on organizational adoption intentions, including leadership support, performance expectancy, effort expectancy, organizational culture, social influence, and facilitating conditions. Primary data was collected from 341 respondents comprising executives and middle managers from representative multinational FMCG companies. The analysis was conducted using correlation analysis and multiple regression analyses. The results revealed that social influence, organizational culture, performance expectancy, leadership support and facilitating conditions significantly influenced the intention to adopt metaverse in remote work. Corporate culture was also found to have a significant influence on found corporate culture to significantly affect effort expectancy, performance expectancy, social influence and facilitating conditions. The research recommended the importance of cultivating a supportive corporate culture. The top-level management should actively support and champion metaverse adoption initiatives. Additionally, firms operating in the FMCG sector should invest in robust network infrastructure, compatible hardware, and software necessary for metaverse adoption. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, Management of innovation and sustainable development of FMCG across omni-channels(2021-01-01) ;Kulchitaphong, Issarin; This paper attempts to provide an insight into the management of innovation and sustainable development of FMCG across omni-channels by shoppers in Thailand. The theoretical model was generated from the triangulation of three models based on the touchpoints of product, satisfaction, online trust & loyalty, offline trust & loyalty, and sustainable consumption. The models utilized in this study are IS success model, loyalty model and sustainable consumption model. The study used structural equation model (SEM) technique with AMOS program that consist of FMCG Shoppers on online and offline platforms with 369 respondents across Thailand. The study hypotheses were accepted, and the findings shows that most customers want to purchase products or services confidently, promptly, and easily from trusted online shops and such relationships can translate into offline benefits for the shops. The researchers recommend that brands must be honest to their customers and consider their customer benefits in all management decisions incorporating omni-channels across different platforms. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

Therefore, the objectives of this study are to develop the strategy model of OMNI Loyalty in consumer perspective and to compare the model of two categories of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and slow-moving consumer goods (SMCG). The AMOS program is used to analyze the relationship of variables for getting the academic model and practice in OMNI Loyalty from a consumer's point of view.
