    EMERGING TRENDS AND ORGANIZATIONAL DRIVERS OF METAVERSE ADOPTION FOR REMOTE WORK: QUANTITATIVE INSIGHTS FROM THE FMCG INDUSTRY
    Adopting and using metaverse technologies for remote work is increasingly becoming a focal point for organizations across industries, including the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector. This study aims to investigate the organizational drivers that influence the intention to use the metaverse for remote work within the FMCG industry. Using the extended TAM framework, the study investigated the effects of various constructs on organizational adoption intentions, including leadership support, performance expectancy, effort expectancy, organizational culture, social influence, and facilitating conditions. Primary data was collected from 341 respondents comprising executives and middle managers from representative multinational FMCG companies. The analysis was conducted using correlation analysis and multiple regression analyses. The results revealed that social influence, organizational culture, performance expectancy, leadership support and facilitating conditions significantly influenced the intention to adopt metaverse in remote work. Corporate culture was also found to have a significant influence on found corporate culture to significantly affect effort expectancy, performance expectancy, social influence and facilitating conditions. The research recommended the importance of cultivating a supportive corporate culture. The top-level management should actively support and champion metaverse adoption initiatives. Additionally, firms operating in the FMCG sector should invest in robust network infrastructure, compatible hardware, and software necessary for metaverse adoption.

    The extended mobile health acceptance model in Thailand: A conceptual framework
    Information technology has revolutionized people's lifestyle. People have the liberty of using the smart technology for reapings its benefits especially related to health care. The government of Thailand wants to optimize its benefit with the adoption of this technological advancement in the field of health care service in line with Thailand industry 4.0 policy and digital economy. Mobile health is one of the steps in this direction. However, less people in Thailand have performed on using mHealth services and limited research has been found under the acceptance of using mHealth technology. This study will help establish links to the general public and their accessibility and the ways to increase the usage rate. The mHealth acceptance framework is developed by integrating the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology combined with self-efficacy, technology anxiety, and personal innovativeness in information technology. The contribution of this study is to build a proposed model for the mHealth acceptance and its use in Thailand.

    The acceptance model of hospital information systems in Thailand: A conceptual framework extending TAM
    Technological advancements continue their development and improvement in living standards. Information technology plays a crucial role in the public health by increasing service standard. Hospital information systems (HIS) could improve healthcare quality, increase service efficiency, and manage and maintain data accuracy. Regarding a significant policy on Thailand's digital economy, the Thai government has launched and implemented HIS across the country to provide healthcare services. However, limited users are known about the benefits and challenges of HIS acceptance in many hospitals. Therefore, this research will generate a framework to explore the user's willingness to use HIS in Thailand. This framework is developed by integrating Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) combined with Task Technology Fit Model (TTF), Personal Innovativeness in the domain of Information Technology (PIIT) and Self-Efficacy (SE). The contribution of this framework is to build a proposed model of HIS acceptance used to investigate potential factors affecting the use of HIS in Thailand.
