Item type:Publication, New current-controlled current-mode multifunction filter using translinear current conveyors(2008-12-01); ; Dejhan, KobchaiA new current-mode universal biquadratic filter with two inputs and two outputs employing only two translinear current conveyors with controlled gain and two grounded capacitors is proposed. The proposed circuit offers the following features: realization of lowpass, bandpass, highpass, bandstop and allpass current responses from the same configuration, no requirements for component-matching conditions, independent current control of the natural frequency and the quality factor, low active and passive sensitivities, minimum active and passive components, high impedance output. Item type:Publication, Log-domain multiphase sinusoidal oscillator(2011-10-13); ; Dejhan, KobchaiThis paper describes the design of a log-domain multiphase sinusoidal oscillator (MSO). The circuit is a direct realization of a first-order differential equation for obtaining the non-inverting and inverting lossy integrators. Each integrator comprises only a grounded capacitor and six transistors. The proposed MSO can be instantaneously controlled over wide frequency range by controlling the bias currents. The high-frequency of oscillation and oscillation condition can also be independently tuned which are indicated proposed MSO suitability in communications and high-frequency applications. The power consumption is obtained around 5.78mW at 100μA of bias current based on 2V single power supply. The oscillation frequency is controlled over four decades of frequency. The total harmonic distortion of four-phases (11.33MHz) is obtained around 1.12%. © 2011 IEEE. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, Enhancing network performance with TCP configuration(2008-12-01); Dejhan, KobchaiPresently, the INTERNET network has been considerably congested due to the excessive use of the service. Because the current TCP Reno, a protocol suite in a transport layer, doesn't correlate to the use in WWW scenario, the overall performances of a network are subjected to be laborious to amend. In this paper, we propose the technique to improve the performance of the TCP in a congestion condition. By using the modification algorithm based on TCP Vegas, we could showing how control parameters of TCP Vegas should be configure for achieving better both performance and better throughput. © Springer Science+Business Media B.V. 2008.
