Item type:Publication, Current adjustable CMOS startup circuit with low steady state current(2010-12-01) ;Lertsalee, WatcharapornThis work is a CMOS Start Up Circuit designed which can supply the current flow (ISTART) adjustable to the clock oscillator for digital system generally. The circuit designed can be assigned start current value by giving the appropriate reference voltage (V<inf>BIAS</inf>). The current value is set to adjust in the range of 0 to 1.35 mA. The reference tune voltage is in the range of 0-5V to follow voltage value of microcontroller in present. In addition, while the circuit to obtain signals to PWD (power down) that current value flowing in start up circuit is almost zero. Item type:Publication, Appropriate pulse signal driving frequency for white lighting LED(2017-02-18) ;Sukpasri, PichkanitThis paper present selection the frequency and duty cycle time of lighting LED driver signal. It is well known that lighting LED is capacitor load and it has high luminous efficiency (lm/W). Peak current was appearing when current flowed through the lighting LED. The different lighting LED driver frequency change ratio of 5τ and steady state current. The experiment provided pulse input signal (Duty Cycle = 50%) with lighting LED driver after demonstrator had changed frequency at 100Hz, 1kHz, 10kHz. Experiment topics are as follows: 1) The ratio of 5τ and the steady state current by all frequency the value 5τ equal to 100 us. When the frequency was increase, 5τ ratio and LED power is increase as well. 2) Study the luminous efficiency of the lighting LED at 100Hz, 1kHz, 10kHz. Although the higher frequency, the 5τ ratio is increase. But driver at 10kHz has 5τ ratio equal to 2 times (Duty Cycle = 50%) and the lighting LED power increase, the luminous efficiency decrease. The appropriate frequency and duty cycle provide high luminous efficiency. The results showed that the lighting LED driver at frequency 1kHz provides the highest luminous efficiency lighting LED and appropriate driver frequency. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

Item type:Publication, Integration of WirelessHART devices into mitsubishi PLC for plant monitoring(2018-06-08); ;Laosuwan, Issara; This paper presents a technique to integrate WirelessHART devices into Mitsubishi PLC for plant monitoring. The integration between WirelessHART devices and Mitsubishi PLC is based on OPC technologies. DASMTEthernet OPC and DASMBTCP OPC are used to communicate between WirelessHART devices, Mitsubishi PLC and SCADA software. Commercial WirelessHART devices and Mitsubishi PLC are used in experiment. The experimental testing with Pneumatic object moving plant shown the proposed system can monitor pressure and temperature of air compressor and stop the operation of Pneumatic object moving plant when the pressure and temperature of the air compressor are out of defined range. The experimental results illustrated here are useful people interested in the use of measuring multiple parameters for monitoring conditions of industrial plant controlled by Mitsubishi PLC including commercial PLC. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, Low swing CMOS current mode charge pump(2010-12-01) ;Chaisotthee, SittisakThis article present the CMOS charge pump circuit which is operated in current mode. MOS transistors in this circuit act as the switches (charge transfer switch) and current source for store the charge from the supply voltage into the fly capacitor and transfer charge from the fly capacitor to the output (output capacitor and resistive load). All of the MOSFET which act as switch operated in saturation and cutoff region. Then the output voltage can be increase because of charge at the fly capacitor which is already pumped up the voltage transfer to output node. This circuit is test in SPICE simulation program by using BSIM3v3 MOSIS 0.35micron model. The supply voltage is 5V. The charge can transfer into fly capacitor (C<inf>fly</inf>) or discharge to load and C<inf>out</inf> by using clock reference to switch the charge transfer switch on/off the MOSFET. Item type:Publication, The appropriate voltage mode duty cycle signal supply for lighting LED(2015-12-23) ;Sukpasri, PichkanitIn order to improve the LED in terms of efficiency of illumination, a technique to control frequency and duty cycle are in the term key essentials. The objective of this research proposes to tests the lighting LED illumination which use for lighting applications with the pulse generator voltage source. Pulse voltage source change the duty cycle of the on signal voltage from 10% to 90% and change the frequency to be 100, 200 and 300 Hz respectively. When we control current lower than exceeding peak current of ability LED, in this case of duty cycle is lower than 50% means that the average current of LED illuminated on or off is less than peak current. Item type:Publication, The electrical effects of iridium and standard spark plug for simple spark ignition engine(2018-06-08) ;Chimpai, NatthapolThe purpose of this work was to compare the electrical characteristic of iridium spark plug with the standard spark plug in order to accord with the conditions of general control signal operation of the standard spark plug ignition system. The required voltage and spark duration time are used for analysis. The data of this study were defining by charging time of ignition coil since 0.5-6.0 ms and spark gap at the 0.7, 0.9 and 1.1 mm respectively. That operated under the normal atmosphere. The experimental results indicated that the required voltage of iridium spark plug is lower than the standard spark plug from fully saturated charging time. When it is applied in the general system, the advance angle should be adjusted more advance about 4% and the lower voltage requirement of one lengthens the spark duration, that is not suitable for engine speed more than 24000 rpm.
