    In this paper, we conducted RGB incident light intensity of the high power white lighting LED. The current control 50% duty cycle pulse signal source with appropriate semiconductor carrier frequency response are supply to the RGB white lighting LED. Although, the carrier relaxation time of the red blue and green light in the white lighting LED are not the same value which depend on the carrier different of the energy level. The measurement show that the lowest duty cycle appropriate pulse signal for only blue or UV base white LED give more relative light intensity than normal (low frequency) signal within 11%.

    Designing the output resistance testing machine of popular 18650 battery while the battery supply current to the system. This tool consist of important parts which are microcontroller, used to generate control signal and process the battery voltage and current, power MOSFET and its driver circuit, battery current and voltage sense circuit. We connect the create tool with a system that used a 18650 battery pack supply. The microcontroller sent the control appropriate pulse signal from MOSFET threshold voltage level the maximum to the MOSFET driver circuit to divide some smallest current form the system. Testing the difference current form real time battery load current and test the minimum different battery voltage continuously. The voltage range that the system can test is 3.2(1ow battery single cell) to 42 (10 series cell) volts with 976 volt resolution. And also the testing current range is 0 to 10 ampere with 2.4 milliamp (mA)resolutions. The real time output resistance of the battery display form 0 milliohm (m) to 1000.00 ohm maximum value. This tool can alert the user that 18650 batteries is deteriorating.

    The design and model of greenhouse daytime constant light source spectrum from sunlight and RGB LED controlled is present in this title. According to the light color requirement that the special plant need to grow are different in each type of plant. When the requirement of plant are known, we have designed constant frequency spectrum of light in the greenhouse throughout the daytime. The design system is based on solar light which is difference in the color and intensity of light on the daytime. Light frequency adjustment system interferes with the solar spectrum in the greenhouse. The system stops interfering when the optical spectrum is the programed designed wavelength of light. The light spectrum of each color (red, blue and green) measured is normalized to realize the proportion of each color that need to intervene. The example of a plant used in a system test is a cannabis an economic crop in which each pre-harvest period requires a different spectrum ratio color of light. Other variables of plant growth be controlled as well. The sunlight that can pass through the outdoor greenhouse has already been filtered from UV and IR rays. The experimental results show the higher grow rate of the marijuana that plant in the adjust spectrum greenhouse is 12%. We also found that light spectral-optimized cannabis get a number leaf density greater than 30% compare to being grown in an uncontrolled nearby outdoor greenhouse.

    In this title, the simple current mode analogue multiplier/divider circuit which use only two circuit block diagram of Second Generation Current Controlled Current Conveyors Circuit (CCCII) is presented. No resistor and no capacitor are required in this multiplier and divider circuit. This circuit can perform multiplication and division the input current without changing its topology. The simulation and the implemented circuit results obtained using SPICE simulation and MCI4007 transistor array respectively are included.

    Current gain of bipolar transistor in the IGBT measurement
    (2000-12-01) ;

    The common emitter current gain (β<inf>o</inf>) of the bipolar transistor in the IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) structure semiconductor device is measured in this paper. The first step of the measurement is to find the Early voltage (V<inf>A</inf>) of the device. Then the Early voltage is used for calculating the base width (W<inf>B</inf>) and the doping density in the base (N<inf>B</inf>) of the device. Finally, we can use those parameters to calculate the common emitter current gain. The junction capacitance of the collector and the emitter are also measured to find the doping concentration in the emitter. All of the parameters are used for calculating the middle frequency common emitter current gain (β<inf>o</inf>). The experimental results show that errors of the measurement current gain are not more than 5%.

    This article is a CMOS Start Up Circuit Designed which can supply the current flow (I<inf>START</inf>) adjustable to the clock generator for digital system generally. The circuit designed can be assigned start current value by giving the appropriate reference voltage. Current value is set to adjust in the range of 0-1.35 mA. The reference tune voltage is in the range of 0-5V to follow voltage value of microcontroller in present. In addition, while the circuit to obtain signals to PWD that current value flowing in start up circuit is zero. This means that the circuit does not consume any power. ©ICROS.

    The novel four-quadrant analog divider circuit is presented. Essentially, it consists of two building blocks of circuits, a basic analog divider circuit, and a switching part. Analog divider circuit can be implemented by a second-generation current conveyor (CCII), which compose with two MOS transistors biased in non-saturation region, a voltage buffer and a resistor. The SPICE simulation results are given to verify the theoretical analysis.

    The CMOS current-controlled output driver circuits, which are suitable for the low voltage supply integrated circuits, are presented in this title. The circuit consists of the negative and positive current mirror and the fundamental CMOS inverter circuits. This current mirror bias circuit can limit current in the transition region, that techniques is taking advantage for low-power operation. The experimental results show are shown which use the lowest possible supply voltage and low current can reduce power consumption in CMOS digital circuits.

    This article present the CMOS charge pump circuit which is operated in current mode. MOS transistors in this circuit act as the switches (charge transfer switch) and current source for store the charge from the supply voltage into the fly capacitor and transfer charge from the fly capacitor to the output (output capacitor and resistive load). All of the MOSFET which act as switch operated in saturation and cutoff region. Then the output voltage can be increase because of charge at the fly capacitor which is already pumped up the voltage transfer to output node. This circuit is test in SPICE simulation program by using BSIM3v3 MOSIS 0.35micron model. The supply voltage is 5V. The charge can transfer into fly capacitor (C<inf>fly</inf>) or discharge to load and C<inf>out</inf> by using clock reference to switch the charge transfer switch on/off the MOSFET. Output voltage of this circuit can be increase from the input supply voltage. ©ICROS.

    This paper is to develop the ignition system in spark plug of gasoline engine ignition by increase the sparking pulse at spark plug in one cycle which start form the before top dead center of the engine pistol to the position that the pistol of the engine come to the bottom dead center. So applying of ignition system has four sparking at spark plug in one cycle of each one stroke. This paper divided two parts for working. Past One is simulation to divide pulse signal that consist of continued pulse signal and selection pulse signal to spark in each one stroke. Part Two use encoder to measure cycle of engine that cooperation with engine CPU by working instead of distributor for choose pulse signal to each one stroke. Pulse signal width of each one stroke is depend on the Dwell angle, so the width of pulse signal is divided the stroke ignition of each one stroke by CPU working divide one pulse signal to be four pulse signal and transfer this pulse signal to drive coil ignition. © ICROS.
