This paper shows how to design the hybrid control system based on hydra control structure by introducing two design strategies which are as following: Double head and Line up. These two strategies use Genetic Algorithms to improve parameters in control system and they also situate the Challenge and Best-selection processes which are the methods to compare the efficiency of the system after they have been genetically calculated. In order to select an appropriate control system in each layer, the simulation's results in the end will show the test with Non-linear plant to show the efficiency of control system after it has been developed by designing and tuning process. © 2006 IEEE.

Identity checking system by light blinking id-beacon using image sensor
    (2016-01-01)
In this paper, a new method for the ID checking system was proposed by using the Visible Light Communication (VLC). The proposed method uses an image sensor of webcam camera and smartphone that can use fulfill some limitations of QRCode and RFID technology. In the experiment, ID the system can identify identity codes transmitted in 1-50 meters in daytime and night to find the processing time for the first time to detect LED Blinking. As the result, the performance of ID checking can use webcam camera to identify objects the maximum distance in daytime and night but smartphone can identify in short distance at night. Comparing a performance for application in various systems between webcam camera and smartphone image sensor.

This paper presents machine learning techniques for classifying parking stand locations in the apron allocation management service that affects total airport ground service processing time at airports where arriving aircraft land. SVM and Kernel SVM algorithms will be used, as well as Polynomial, Gaussian RBF, and Sigmoid, based on five input factors: aircraft identification, estimated time of arrival (ETOA), area of apron, type of aircraft, and target of stands. Then, we compared classification accuracy and performance using the Mean Absolute Error (MAE) and the squared mean error (Root Mean Square Error: RMSE), and discovered that the Gaussian RBF kernel of the SVM algorithm model is more accurate than the other model. This work may be beneficial in assisting airport's decision-makers and enhancing airport operations efficiency and predictability.

This article presents a learning process during the COVID-19 crisis, used in selected topics of telecommunication engineering subject, department of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Faculty of Engineering and Architecture Rajamangala University of Technology Suvarnabhumi. The sample consisted of 19 students, enrolled in the selected topics of telecommunication engineering course by selecting a specific sample group. The researcher presented a learning process during the COVID-19 crisis with the orientation of students for the same understanding and then teaching according to the given process. Finally, there are three aspects of satisfaction with learning processs during the COVID-19crisis assessed. The results showed that in all of the three aspects, having a very good level of students' satisfaction with an arithmetic mean of 4.614 and a standard deviation of 0.46 (\overline{X}=4.614, S.D. = 0.46)

We introduce 2011's progress and achievements of an internet based crossover robot remote control competition between Japan and China, Thailand, and Taiwan respectively. The competition project has two subjects: the competition itself and the student-student communication and cooperation. The basic competition mode is a remotely controlled robot via the internet cooperates with a locally controlled robot to finish a specified task and, as a unique feature of the project, the studentstudent communication and cooperation is trained through a crossover team organization style that each team is organized by two groups from different universities and the team members required to cooperate with each other via the internet to make robots and deal with competition affairs. Our experience shows the competition benefits not only students' technical skills but also their various no-technical skills and is expected to promote the development of a practice based university education methodology in the future. © 2012 IEEE.

This paper presents the technique for reducing size of double rectangular slot loop antenna fed by microstrip line for dual frequency. The two difference configurations of double rectangular slot loop antenna are proposed for comparison on bandwidth and size of antenna. These antennas are designed for dual frequency support WLAN system coverage IEEE 802.11b/g (2.4-2.4835 GHz), IEEE 802.11j (4.90-5.091), IEEE 802.11a (5.15-5.35 GHz), and IEEE 802.16d (5.7-5.9 GHz). The PCB-FR4 substrate with dielectric constant (ε<inf>r</inf>) 4.5 of thickness 1.6 mm is chose for low cost. The simulation results of these slot antennas are analyzed by using Method of Moment (MoM) from IE3D Software. In this case, the result of bandwidth for low frequency and high frequency of one antenna are 11.29% and 62%, and other are 6.1% and 75.5%, respectively. The size with ground plane of double slot loop antenna can be reduced 12.9% or can be reduced size of double slot loop antenna about 21.5% when set the new inner conductor. © 2008 SICE.

Medical Drone Managing System for Automated External Defibrillator Delivery Service

One of the common causes of a heart attack is fibrillation, a condition that causes an irregular and often abnormally fast heart rate. There is scientific evidence that the survival rate of sudden cardiac arrest patients who are rescued with cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and with the use of an automated external defibrillator (AED) is significantly increased. Despite the recommendation that automated external defibrillators should be installed in the workplace, along with a proper management system and training for employees on how to use the device, less than 70% of non-residential areas have an AED installed. The situation is even worse in residential areas, with less than 30% having an AED installed. This research concerns the development of a medical drone managing system that can deliver an AED in case of emergency. An application was developed that can be installed on the mobile phone and/or tablet of the patient or the accompanying person. In the event of a heart attack, the patient or the accompanying person can call a medical drone by sending coordinates to the drone station and a notification to medical staff. The drone station administrator can respond by sending the drone, which automatically lands at the patient’s location. After being tested in a simulation situation, the operational field test yielded satisfactory results. The medical drone can land within 1.5 meters of the destination. The designed AED drone can be used not only to deliver AEDs, but also first aid kits and prescribed drugs suitable for medical care. Such a system is especially useful in the current context of the COVID‐19 pandemic.
