Abstract
This paper presents a new binary frequency shift keying and frequency modulation signal generators using currentcontrolled current conveyor transconductance amplifier as active element. Both modulation signals can be generated into a single topology without changing any configuration. The proposed circuit is suitable for integrated circuit implementation because only grounded capacitors are used. PSPICE simulation results are used to confirm the workability of new circuit.
