Abstract
This paper presents a new low-voltage fourth- order low-pass filter employing fully differential difference transconductance amplifiers which is beneficial for low-voltage low-power signal processing applications. The circuit uses a 0.5 V supply voltage and provides rail-to-rail input common-mode using bulk-driven technique. The performance of the proposed filter has been confirmed using PSPICE simulators with TSMC 0.18 μm n-well CMOS process. Simulation results show that the fourth-order filter consumes the power of 79.7 μW and has total harmonic distortion of 1 % for input signal of 240 mVp-p.
