Abstract
A boost and flyback converters operating in Continuous Conduction Mode (CCM) are notorious for their difficult control loop stabilisation and sluggish response. This paper describes feedback compensation design of these converters. Design of the two selected compensation circuits is illustrated with a CCM boost converter, with experimental results given to verify effectiveness of each compensation circuit. © 2004 KMITL.
