Abstract
This mixed-method research examined the physical properties of Sansevieria stuckyi God–Leb. fiber for textile product design using a tensile testing machine, with the results subjected to multiple regression analysis (MRA) and exploratory factor analysis (EFA). Four factors were considered for textile product designs, including (1) local wisdom, (2) local economy, (3) creative economy, and (4) environmental sustainability. Sansevieria stuckyi God–Leb. fibers blended with rayon and cotton were optimal for the development of textile products. The fiber designs enhanced the quality of woven fabrics in the local community and promoted public interest in economic, cultural, and environmental opportunities through new textile products that align with the 21st century.
