An Integrable Electronically Variable Phase Shifter

An easily integrable electronically variable phase shifter is proposed and experimentally demonstrated. The circuit operation is in the current mode, and it can be directly employed as a subsystem of monolithic circuit A temperature compensated biasing circuit has also been suggested.
