Abstract
A new electronically tunable current-mode quadrature oscillator with voltage and current outputs using operational transconductance amplifiers (OTAs) is presented. The proposed oscillator is consisted of two OTAs, two grounded capacitors and one grounded resistor. The oscillation condition and the oscillation frequency are independently controllable. The oscillation frequency can be controlled by a bias current of OTA. PSPICE simulation results which confirm the theoretical analysis are also given.
