Abstract
Site diversity is the one technique that has been used to reduce the rain attenuation effect for long time ago. Since the past, we just located the site diversity far away from the main site and thought that can be completely reduced the rainfall effect, but it does not. To improve this idea, in this paper, we propose another factor as call spatial correlation in order to design the location of site diversity more accuracy. We evaluate the spatial correlation for Japan and Thailand to confirm that the spatial correlation is totally different in each area and we should include this factor into the site diversity gain formula.
