Item type:Publication, Sub-30 ppm/oC high-frequency temperature-compensated CMOS relaxation oscillator(2018-07-02) ;Sakphrom, Siraporn ;Limpiti, Thunyawat ;Wichaipanich, NorasetThanachayanont, ApinuntThis paper describes the design and realization of a high-frequency temperature-compensated CMOS relaxation oscillator in a 0.35-µm CMOS technology. The proposed oscillator employs the current-controlled topology with a resistive source-degeneration transconductor and a current comparator in order to achieve high oscillation frequency and low power dissipation. Temperature compensation of the oscillation frequency is achieved by simulation results show that, at a nominal oscillation frequency of 32.48 MHz, the proposed oscillator exhibited a temperature coefficient of less than 28.41 ppm/oC over a temperature range of -40oC to +120oC, while consuming 241.5 µW from a 2.5-V single power supply voltage.1 - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, Simple CCO using cciis and S-R latch and its application(2010-06-01); ; ; Sasaki, HlrofumiThis article presents a, simple circuit technique based on commerciallyavailable devices to realize current controlled, oscillator (CCO) with twolow-impedance input terminals. By suitably setting two input signals, the linearfrequency-current relation of the proposed CCO can be either positive ornegative slope in the same circuit configuration. The oscillating outputfrequency linearly proportional to the difference between two input currents canbe obtained. The realization method is employed in second-generation currentconveyors (CCIIs) and, Set-Reset (S-R) latch. Experimental results verifyingperformances of the proposed, CCO are closely agreed, with expected, values. Toshow the usefulness of the proposed, oscillator, an application example incurrent-mode variable- frequency control for buck converter is also included.ICIC International © 2010.1
