Internet of Things (IoT) is a major role for the next generation of wireless communication system. However, the power consumption and lifetime of the battery are a limitation for the IoT device. Wireless Power Transfer (WPT) is a promising technology to solve the problem due to it can be the ubiquitous power source for the IoT devices by provide the energy via the propagation of radiowaves. The 2.45 GHz ISM is a popular frequency bandwidth which widely used in WiFi application which make it easy to use. The performance of the propagation can evaluate by various parameter. Receive power is use to analyze the efficiency of the radio frequency transmission. Therefore, this paper has been evaluated the WPT measurement data with difference separate distance between antennas at 2.45 GHz. By using the meander line antenna as the transmit antenna and receive antenna. Vector network analyzer (VNA) is used to measure and record the transfer function. The receive power which analyze the measurement data by using link budget equation. The results have shown good agreement between the simulation and measurement result which have the average of measurement result less than the simulation result around 2 dB. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

In this study the Zigbee transmission model with positioning method by using the relative-span exponentially weighted centroid method for the indoor localization. The experimental results and analyze results are evaluated a distance error. The ZigBee transmission model in measurement consists of 121 positions with distance between positions to positions is 0.3 meter. The experimental setup at every position operated at frequency band from 2.3 GHz to 2.5 GHz. The accuracy of estimated position is considered in the term of distance error with the cumulative distribution function (CDF) of distance error is shown. The result presents optimal value for REWL is 0.2 and mean of distance error is 0.65 m. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, Accuracy Analysis of Indoor Positioning Using Min-Max Method(2025-01-01); ;Vinicchayakul, Wipassorn ;Tabsombat, Sirinya; In this paper, the accuracy analysis of indoor positioning using min-max method is proposed. The distance error model is applied to estimate the distance between the transmitter and user's position with different path loss exponent and fading amount of indoor channel. The total $\mathbf{1 0 0}$ coordinates of user's positions are estimated using min-max method. The distance error at each position, probability density function (PDF) and cumulative distribution function (CDF) of distance errors are illustrated. The mean of analysis distance error corresponds with the mean of measurement distance error with same path loss exponent and fading amount of indoor channel. The results show that it is possible to use this accuracy analysis to estimate the distance error in an indoor environment. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, Complex form in fresnel region analysis for partial discharge in transformer(2019-07-01); The distortion of the antenna is very critical problem which must take into account for deal with the frequency characteristic of the antenna for partial discharge diagnosis in transformer. The complex form of Friis' equation is present to analyze the Fresnel region of the antenna. The original form of Friis' equation is normally applied in the far field zone. This study considers the complex form of Friis' equation in the transformer, however, the environment in the transformer may not satisfy with the distance conditions according to the Fresnel region. Nonetheless, in this paper, the evaluation of antenna performance in Fresnel region is discussed. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, Delay characteristics of UWB transmission waveform with human body for WBAN system(2018-06-08); ; Deepunya, ChairakAs one of the most interested short range wireless communication technology, Wireless Body Area Network (WBAN) had been widely development. IEEE 802.15.6 is defining the requirement for wireless body area network such as coexist with other wireless technology and low power spectrum. Ultra wideband (UWB) is the promising technology for wireless body area network. It has wide operated frequency bandwidth from 3 GHz to 10.6 GHz and low power radiation below-41.3 dBm/MHz. The application for WBAN can be mainly divided into medical and non-medical. It can use in-body, on-body and off-body. The effect of human body is investigating in this paper. The experimental model will consider about position and distant between receiver antenna and human body. Vector network analyzer is used to measure transfer function and biconical antennas are used as the transmitter antenna and receiver antenna. The results are describing in power delay profile, which present the effect of human body in transmission for WBAN application. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, Evaluation of partial discharge localization in power transformer with weighted centroid method(2019-07-01); ;Sanguanpuak, Chanidaphar ;Southisombat, KhamphouiPartial discharge localization in power transformer is very important. A suitable evaluation method is one of the most critical part in order to find the exactly location of partial discharge. In this paper, an ultra-high frequency partial discharge localization is introduced. Weighted centroid method is one of a suitable method to evaluate the localization in partial discharge localization as well as other wireless localization system. There are many limitation of place to install the antenna in power transformer. The proper antenna placing is very important issue because improper location will affect the accuracy of partial discharge localization. The experiment of partial discharge measurement is carried out on a power transformer model from tesla power company. The purposed method used weighted centroid with received signal strength to evaluation the partial discharge in power transformer. The results show average value of received signal strength at each measurement position and the distance error of partial discharge location with weighted centroid method. The benefits of this method is useful to evaluate the partial discharge in power transformer. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
