Item type:Publication, The variation of critical frequency of E layer over Chumphon, Thailand(2013-12-09) ;Wongcharoen, Poramintra; ; ; Noppanakeepong, SuthichaiIn this research paper presents the observed critical frequency of E layer (foE) over Chumphon, Thailand which is located at nearly the magnetic equator (lat. 10.72° long. 99.37° dip. 3°) during September 2004 to August 2005. The foE is one of essential parameters in the International Reference Ionsphere (IRI) model. We investigate the variation of the observed foE by comparing to the Sun spot number, ionospheric index, and 10.7 cm. flux. Due to essentially of accurate IRI model can be used to applied in communication such as it may be implied tendency of phenomena in E layer effect on high frequency communication over Chumphon, Thailand. © 2013 IEEE. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, A Wien-type oscillator using ECCII(2017-01-18) ;Suksaibul, Pichai; This paper presents a new Wien-type oscillator using electronically tunable current conveyors (ECCII). Unlike previous Wien-type oscillators, the condition of oscillation of the proposed circuit can be controlled electronically using the current gain of ECCII. The structure is realized using grounded resistor which is easy for developing as a voltage-controlled oscillator. The condition and frequency of oscillations can be controlled orthogonally. Item type:Publication, A square-wave generator using ECCII(2017-07-02); ;Suksaibul, PichaiThis paper presents a new square-wave generator using electronically tunable second-generation current conveyors (ECCII). The proposed circuit employs one ECCII, two resistors and one resistor. Unlike previous works, oscillating condition can be given by current gain of ECCII and the output frequency can be controlled by changing resistor. Both voltage and current signals can be obtained into a single topology. Item type:Publication, Square/triangular wave generator using single bulk-driven FDCCII(2019-07-01) ;Torteanchai, Usa ;Manman, Somsak; This paper presents a new square/triangular wave generator based on ultra-low voltage fully differential second generation current conveyor (FDCCII). The circuit is composed base on Schmitt trigger and integrator circuits that employs one FDCCII, four resistors and one capacitor. The circuit can generate both square and triangular output waveforms into one topology. The performance of proposed circuit is confirmed using PSPICE simulations with a standard 0.18 \mum CMOS process and with a 0.5 V supply. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

The topology can be realized both voltage and current-mode filters such as low-pass, band-pass, high-pass, band-stop and all-pass filtering functions without changing circuit topology. The circuit employs one FDCCII, two capacitors and two resistors. Item type:Publication, CMOS sample-and-hold circuit using current conveyor analogue switch(2017-01-18) ;Nonthaputha, Thanat; This paper presents a new CMOS sample-and-hold (S/H) circuit employing one second-generation current conveyor (CCII), one resistor and one capacitor. Unlike, conventional S/H circuits, the proposed S/H circuit is absent from MOS switches. The proposed S/H circuit uses CCII to work as analog switch (CCAS) which high speed on-off status of switch and without buffer circuit can be obtained. The status on-off of switch is controlled by bias current. This bias current is sampling pulse that used for sampling input signal. The proposed S/H circuit is suitable for low-power and high accuracy for signal processing applications. Item type:Publication, TEC prediction with neural network for equatorial latitude station in Thailand(2012-01-01) ;Watthanasangmechai, Kornyanat; ; ;Tsugawa, TakuyaNagatsuma, TsutomuThis paper describes the neural network (NN) application for the prediction of the total electron content (TEC) over Chumphon, an equatorial latitude station in Thailand. The studied period is based on the available data during the low-solar-activity period from 2005 to 2009. The single hidden layer feed-forward network with a back propagation algorithm is applied in this work. The input space of the NN includes the day number, hour number and sunspot number. An analysis was made by comparing the TEC from the neural network prediction (NN TEC), the TEC from an observation (GPS TEC) and the TEC from the IRI-2007 model (IRI-2007 TEC). To obtain the optimum NN for the TEC prediction, the root-mean-square error (RMSE) is taken into account. In order to measure the effectiveness of the NN, the normalized RMSE of the NN TEC computed from the difference between the NN TEC and the GPS TEC is investigated. The RMSE, and normalized RMSE, comparisons for both the NN model and the IRI-2007 model are described. Even with the constraint of a limited amount of available data, the results show that the proposed NN can predict the GPS TEC quite well over the equatorial latitude station. Item type:Publication, Design and implement of GPON-FTTH network for residential condominium(2017-09-05) ;Jirachariyakool, Ronnakorn; This paper presents design and implement of fiber to the home (FTTH) for residential condominium based on Gigabit-capable passive optical network (GPON) ITU-T G.984 standard in order to achieve the maximum 320 subscribers and support high bandwidth for triple play service more efficiently. The proposed design complies both with power budget and rise time budget standard. Finally, the proposed design achieves the maximum 320 subscribers, average bandwidth per subscriber at 62.2 Mbps for downstream and 31.1 Mbps for upstream, power margin is above 0 and rise time budget is below 70 percent of an NRZ bit period.
