    Electronically tunable current-mode quadrature oscillator derived from first-order allpass filter
    In this study, an electronic controllability current-mode quadrature oscillator based on first-order all pass filter employing current follower cascaded Tran conductance amplifier (CFCTA) is presented. The proposed oscillator uses two CFCTAs, two electronic resistors and two grounded capacitor, which is easier for monolithic IC implementation. The condition of oscillation (CO) and frequency of oscillation are electronically and independently controlled which is well suited to use in modern electronic devices controlled by microprocessor. Moreover, the oscillator possesses high output impedances and thus it enables simple current-mode cascading. The PSPICE simulation results are included, verifying the workability of the proposed current-mode oscillator. The given results agree well with the theoretical anticipation.

    Phetsinchorn, Aueamaumporn
    Research and innovation for community or local development, aims at providing the individuals with a high quality of life and enhancing capabilities for competition through collaborative efforts of stakeholders, including beneficiaries in the area, especially the academic sector of which powerful educational institutions in the central and metropolitan areas of Thailand. Innovation in vocational education management through online teaching environments intends to have educational innovations in the central and metropolitan areas as a mechanism and process of educational reform that can manage online teaching in line with the local context. This involves flexible and adaptable management that eliminates the need for travel and reduces consumption of resources. This is achieved by research objective of 1) developing innovations in vocational education management through online teaching environments to enhance educational efficiency, 2) reducing educational quality disparities by designing virtual reality training centers for professional skill development, with a case study in the field of art and design, and 3) developing mechanisms for collaborative education management in the community, through the design and use of application programs to create a professional teaching environment. Therefore, this research and innovation in vocational education management in the central region of Thailand through online teaching environments can enhance self-directed learning. This involves designing and developing learning technology, creating a virtual world to establish a professional teaching environment, and innovating learning application programs from 400 sampling. The education system in this changing crisis has a responsibility to stimulate and revive the grassroots economy after the crisis. This emphasizes the crucial role of education as a continuous tool in building economic and social resilience later.

    A new quadrature sinusoidal oscillator for telecommunication system using VDDDAs
    A CMOS voltage differencing differential difference amplifiers (VDDDAs) based voltage-mode quadrature sinusoidal oscillator is proposed. The proposed oscillator is based on the two integrator loop configuration with amplifier wherein the frequency of oscillation (FO) is tuned by the time constant of two integrator and the condition of oscillation (CO) is tuned by gain of amplifier. It is constructed from two VDDDAs, two resistors, and two grounded capacitors. With this structure, it is attractive to develop in monolithic chip. The tuning of frequency of oscillation can be electronically done without affecting the condition of oscillation. Also, the condition of oscillation can be adjusted by external resistor without affecting to frequency of oscillation. The simulation results have been demonstrated and discussed using parameters of 0.18um TSMC CMOS technology and +0.9V power supply voltages.

    Electronically Adjustable Voltage-mode First-order Allpass Filter Using Single Commercially Available IC
    In this design, the use of single commercially available integrated circuit (IC), LT1228 from Linear Technology Corporation, to implement the first order allpass filter is presented. The passband voltage gain of the presented first allpass filter (APF) is unit and constant throughout the operation frequency, while the phase response is electronically tuned by changing the external DC bias current. With this property, the proposed first order filter can be used as phase shifter with microcontroller controllability. Tuning phase property is not required any matching condition. The proposed phase shifter consists of one LT1228, one capacitor and two resistors which is attractive for off the shelf implementation. Moreover, the impedance at output voltage node is exhibit low which can connect to other circuit without the requirement of external voltage buffer. The expected performances of the proposed circuit are proved by Pspice simulation using macro model parameters. Also, the quadrature sinusoidal oscillator which is designed from the connecting of the proposed filter and integrator is chosen as application example.

    ;
    In this paper, a voltage mode multifunction filter based on single voltage differencing differential difference amplifier (VDDDA) is presented. The proposed filter with three input voltages and single output voltage is constructed with single VDDDA, two capacitors and two resistors. Its quality factor can be adjusted without affecting natural frequency. Also, the natural frequency can be electronically tuned via adjusting of bias current. The filter can offer five output responses, high-pas (HP), band-pass (BP), band-reject (BR), low-pass (LP) and all-Ass (AP) functions in the same circuit topology. The output response can be selected by choosing the suitable input voltage without the component matching condition and the requirement of additional double gain voltage amplifier. PSpice simulation results to confirm an operation of the proposed filter correspond to the theory.

    Simple realization of quadrature sinusoidal oscillator with independent control
    In this paper, a new sinusoidal oscillator is proposed. As a interesting feature, the proposed oscillator provides two sinusoidal voltage waveforms with 90° degree phase difference without the requirement of additional phase shifter circuit. The proposed circuit employs only a voltage differencing current conveyor (VDCC), three resistors and two grounded capacitors. The frequency of oscillation (FO) and condition of oscillation (CO) can be independently controlled. Also, the tuning of frequency of oscillation can be done electronically. The use of single active is highly attractive from integration point of view. PSPICE simulations using 0.18μm CMOS parameters and supply voltage of ±0.9V demonstrates a precise operation.

    Design of Electronically Controllable Quadrature Sinusoidal Oscillator with Linear Control of Frequency
    (2019-12-01) ; ; ;
    Sotner, Roman
    In this paper, the design of sinusoidal oscillator which generates two output voltages with 90° degree phase difference is presented. The design procedure is started from the function block diagram to proposed oscillator using commercially available ICs. The proposed oscillator is constructed from three OTAs, one voltage summing circuit, one grounded resistor and two grounded capacitors. The frequency of the generated sinusoidal waveform is electronically and linearly controlled without disturbing the condition for oscillating of the system. With this feature, the proposed oscillator is used to generates the frequency modulation (FM) signal. The magnitude of the quadrature voltage waveform is equal during adjusting the generated frequency. A Pspice simulation and experiment are done to verify the performance of the proposed circuit. The macro models of available ICs, LM13700 and AD830 are employed for simulation. The simulation and experimental results confirm theory well as expected.
