This paper presents a novel extra-X second-generation current-controlled conveyor (EX-CCCII) with controllable current gain. Unlike the conventional EX-CCCII, the proposed EX-CCCII provides a controllable current gain between the (Formula presented.) - and (Formula presented.) -terminals. To demonstrate the advantages of the EX-CCCII with the controllable current gain, the proposed EX-CCCII is employed to realize a universal current-mode filter and a three-phase current-mode oscillator. The universal filter can realize five standard filtering responses (low-pass, high-pass, band-pass, band-stop, and all-pass) using the same topology. The current gains of these filters can be controlled through the current gain of the EX-CCCII, while the natural frequency of the universal filter can be electronically tuned via the intrinsic resistance at the x-terminal. When the proposed EX-CCCII is used to implement the three-phase oscillator, the condition of oscillation can be adjusted through the current gain of the EX-CCCII, whereas the oscillation frequency can be tuned using the parasitic resistance of the x-terminals. The proposed EX-CCCII and its applications were verified through SPICE simulations using the transistor model parameters NR100N (NPN) and PR100N (PNP) of the bipolar array ALA400-CBIC-R from AT&T to confirm the functionality and feasibility of the proposed topologies. Furthermore, experimental verification of the EX-CCCII and its integration into a three-phase oscillator further substantiates the proposed concept and demonstrates its practical viability.

This study introduces new 0.5 V, ultra-low power mixed-mode universal analog filter applying multiple-input operational transconductance amplifiers (MI-OTAs). The filter configuration based on MI-OTAs and two grounded capacitors to actualize a mixed-mode universal filter that can produce four modes second-order filters, that is low-pass, high-pass, band-pass, band-stop and all-pass filters, namely voltage-mode, current-mode, transimpedance mode, transconductance-mode, by appropriate selecting input signals. The filter's natural frequency can be electronically controlled. The mixed-mode filter was analyzed using CMOS 0.18μm process simulation from TSMC, operating with a 0.5 V power supply.

Even the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) situation has been extricated but it is stilled uncontrollable and spreadable and impacts widely both on economic and academic aspect. The proposed of the study is to investigate and develop the flipped classroom based on active learning for digital communications course students in science in technical education program on new normal. It is designed and focused to prepare when the uncontrollable situation will be occurring. Likewise, this can be taught face-To-face on normal situation. The samples are 70 students who registered in this course and the questionnaire was the research instrument through the simple random sampling technique. The results of this study proved that the students had the highest interested in the active learning through the flipped classroom ($x= 4.89$) and it is flexibility that also can be taught face-To-face and online learning.

A design of smart biometric fingerprint key storage cabinet based on internet of things (IoT) is presented as a case study of machine - basic technical workshop at Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya (RUTS). A key storage cabinet in the box has been designed by circular slot to keep 20 keys and the maximum is for 20 machineries. The students can take a key by themselves by using a fingerprint scanning to register the database. Moreover, name, surname, levels of user, time and machinery number, etc can be saved to a database and it has to access by using password with administrator logging-in only. The proposed scheme can find a missed key machinery number and it has two speakers for a guiding voice. All keys are conveniently borrowed and returned by students. The administrator's mobile phone will be received several data from the database via messages in Line application.

This paper presents a design of smart key box using internet of things (IoT). It has been designed to be kept 8 keys that has been used in case of laboratory key-borrowing and returning for students. They can take the keys by themselves that use identity card which have been registered in database. It can save an important database with names, surnames, level of users and times. The administrator can access the database by logging-in password. It is convenient that the students can borrow and return a key by themselves. A several data from the database will be sent to the administrator's smart phone via messages in Line application. Moreover, it has a sound from the speaker to guide every steps when it is operated.

In case of coronavirus disease starting in 2019 situations, it is a novel syndrome virus which caused due to the outbreak of highly dangerous. This virus is easily spreadable to human by human. The one of measures for prevention for the human in coronavirus disease situations that the human has been working from home and decreasing face-to-face contacted. This paper presents the development of online supervision system that instead of traditional supervision or onsite face-to-face supervision for industrial education pre-teacher students. It has been designed on web application to convenient for supervisors, mentors and pre-teacher students. They will send about report, assignment and teaching video on the system. Supervisors and mentors can comment, check the report or assignment and approve pre-teacher video teaching on the web daily or weekly. In addition, the proposed system can be decreased the expenses for official travel and a lot of papers when compare with traditional supervision or onsite face-to-face supervision.

A new CMOS sample-and-hold (S/H) circuit using dual output-operational transconductance amplifier (DO-OTA), one resistor and one capacitor is presented. It is unlike conventional S/H circuit. The proposed circuit has not use a switched-capacitor, switched-current or MOS switches for on-off switch but it uses an on-off DO-OTA by bias current that replace them. The proposed S/H circuit is high speed on-off status of switch and without buffer circuit can be obtained. However, it is a very simple circuit, high accuracy, low-power consumption and suitable for signal processing applications by using on the first part of analog to digital converter. The simulation results are used to confirm the workability of the proposed circuit.
