Item type:Publication, EX-CCCII with Controlled Current Gain and Its Applications(2026-04-01); ;Khateb, Fabian ;Kulej, Tomasz ;Nonthaputha, ThanatVavra, JiriThis paper presents a novel extra-X second-generation current-controlled conveyor (EX-CCCII) with controllable current gain. Unlike the conventional EX-CCCII, the proposed EX-CCCII provides a controllable current gain between the (Formula presented.) - and (Formula presented.) -terminals. To demonstrate the advantages of the EX-CCCII with the controllable current gain, the proposed EX-CCCII is employed to realize a universal current-mode filter and a three-phase current-mode oscillator. The universal filter can realize five standard filtering responses (low-pass, high-pass, band-pass, band-stop, and all-pass) using the same topology. The current gains of these filters can be controlled through the current gain of the EX-CCCII, while the natural frequency of the universal filter can be electronically tuned via the intrinsic resistance at the x-terminal. When the proposed EX-CCCII is used to implement the three-phase oscillator, the condition of oscillation can be adjusted through the current gain of the EX-CCCII, whereas the oscillation frequency can be tuned using the parasitic resistance of the x-terminals. The proposed EX-CCCII and its applications were verified through SPICE simulations using the transistor model parameters NR100N (NPN) and PR100N (PNP) of the bipolar array ALA400-CBIC-R from AT&T to confirm the functionality and feasibility of the proposed topologies. Furthermore, experimental verification of the EX-CCCII and its integration into a three-phase oscillator further substantiates the proposed concept and demonstrates its practical viability.2 - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

Item type:Publication, A simple and accurate CMOS sample-and-hold circuit using dual output-OTA(2020-01-01) ;Nonthaputha, Thanat; THEPNARIN, NawapholA new CMOS sample-and-hold (S/H) circuit using dual output-operational transconductance amplifier (DO-OTA), one resistor and one capacitor is presented. It is unlike conventional S/H circuit. The proposed circuit has not use a switched-capacitor, switched-current or MOS switches for on-off switch but it uses an on-off DO-OTA by bias current that replace them. The proposed S/H circuit is high speed on-off status of switch and without buffer circuit can be obtained. However, it is a very simple circuit, high accuracy, low-power consumption and suitable for signal processing applications by using on the first part of analog to digital converter. The simulation results are used to confirm the workability of the proposed circuit. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

Item type:Publication, Arbitrary Waveform Generators Using Current-Controlled Current Conveyor Transconductance Amplifier and Current Conveyor Analog Switches(2019-10-01); ;Nonthaputha, ThanatKhateb, FabianThis paper presents a new amplitude modulation (AM), frequency modulation (FM), amplitude shift keying (ASK), frequency shift keying (FSK), phase shift keying (PSK) and quadrature amplitude modulation (QAM) waveform generators using current current-controlled conveyor transconductance amplifier (CCCTA) and current conveyor analog switches (CCASs). The CCCTA around with capacitors and resistors are used to generate high-frequency carrier which is worked as a quadrature oscillator. The oscillating frequency of oscillator can be controlled using the bias current of CCCTA, therefore FM and FSK waveforms can be obtained by applying information signal through the bias current of CCCTA. Unlike previous waveform generators, proposed circuit uses second generation current conveyor (CCII) to work as CCAS and AM, ASK, PSK and QAM waveforms can be obtained by putting information signals to control switches that realized using CCIIs. The proposed circuit has been simulated using 0.18μm CMOS n-well process from TSMC. The simulation results are used to confirm workability of the proposed circuit. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
