Item type:Publication, Floating Inductance Simulator with Electronic Tuning Property Using only Active Elements(2023-01-01); ;Mongkolwai, Pratya; ;Dumawipata, TeerasilapaThis paper discusses the active-only electronically tunable floating lossless inductance simulator, which uses a single fully balanced-voltage differencing buffered amplifier (FB-VDBA) and one operational amplifier (OA). For this implementation, only integrated circuit packages with no external passive components are utilized. The synthetic equivalent inductance value is electronically adjustable via the transconductance gain of the FB-VDBA. Non-idealities of the active element have produced their effects. Using PSPICE with TSMC 0.25-mum CMOS parameter and the LM741 type OA, the performance of the proposed circuit and its application as a second-order voltage-mode lowpass filter is demonstrated. The numerical simulations closely matched the theoretical results. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, Triple-input single-output electronically controlled voltage-mode biquadratic filter(2019-07-01); ;Dumawipata, TeerasilapaThis article presents the possibility of realizing a voltage-mode biquadratic filter having with three input terminals and single output terminal. The circuit employing only two voltage differencing gain amplifiers (VDGAs) together with two capacitors can realize all the five standard biquadratic filter functions at a single low-impedance-output terminal. It also provides orthogonal current tuning of the natural angular frequency (ω<inf>o</inf>) and the quality factor (Q), and has low active and passive element sensitivities. To confirm the theory, simulation results using PSPICE software are accomplished.
