This paper proposes controlling of temperature in an oven by using Integral - Cycle Binary Rate Modulation (ICBRM method and ac line with frequency 50 Hz, Microcontroller MCS-51 controls Binary Rate Multiplier ( B M according to Proportional Integral controller (Po function . Discrete signals are used in the system modeled by using Ziegler Nichols principle for analyzing the stability before designing the system. This procedure makes it easy to investigate system response. The system is implemented by 8 bits digital circuit which gives 1024 patterns of ac signal for controlling the generation of energy for 3,000 watts thermal coil every 20 ms of each cycle. We divide scan time (Tsn) in to 4 intervals, 5 ms interval is selected to generate 256 patterns ICBM. Because of this method gives the ripple lower than 2% it generates less noise for system. Moreover, we can consider whole system from the time model of control procedure and ICBM algorithm40-200 OC with f I OC error in the I cubic meter oven.

This paper proposes a control technique for DC motors which can determine the time response of speed, under both no load and on load conditions, in less than 2 seconds. It is operated by an 8-bit binary rate multiplier (BRM) under the PI control process. The motor under test is a two-quadrant type. The BRM 8-bit are generated from 8 principle waveforms by linear combination; finally 256 waves are attained. These waveforms are sent to control the motor with the required speed. It is known that BRM give low ripple-less than 1%-and, hence, less noise disturbance to the system. These BRM can be applied to reverse motor direction with fast response or sudden stop. Energy fed to the motor is also low but gives high efficiency.

This paper presents the development of inventory control system for a prototype internet-based using automatic warehouse. To decrease lead-time and economics is very important in industrial management. Therefore this paper has developed the information system as well as the automatic warehouse machine in order to decrease lead time and increase network connectibility also. The automatic warehouse machine consists of 3 set of AC motor for drive 3 axises of mechanical system controlled by Programmable Logic Controller: PLC. A technique to order and storage for any materials or goods can be done automatically inform of FIFO (First In First Out) by host computer together with PLC that connected to the Internet as Internet Server. The profits of this system can be decreased the lead-time, therefore the holding cost and operation time are also decreased.

This paper presents a flexible manufacturing system (FMS) that cooperated the holonic manufacturing system (HMS) with automatic material handling devices via industrial networks. The HMS is described as an intelligent manufacturing system that employs multi-agent system with negotiation protocols. The traditional HMS's negotiation protocol usually used the contract net protocol (CPN) and multi-level contract net protocol (MCPN). This paper develops a cooperative system that applies the concept of HMS to implement a distributed control system for automatic warehouse and FMS. Results from simulation indicated that our approach is able to improve the overall system flexibility. The system is able to reconfigure the re-order points, increase the system fault tolerances, and provides the dynamic rescheduling.

This paper presents the conservation of electrical energy in building with the technique to develop load control and management system in order to adjust load factor of system. Using the limiting and controlling the maximum demand, we can acquire the prediction and compare it to the maximum demand set point. This system consist computer which works as controller, processor and database unit and works with digital power meter inform of multidrop network by serial communication via RS-485. The control system use PLC to control load via serial communication RS-485. The data of measurement such as voltage, current, power, power factor, energy, etc., can be saved as database and analysis. The load factor adjustment by limiting and controlling maximum demand can reduce the cost of electric consumption and energy generation.

This paper presents a control method for single-phase and three-phase AC voltage supply by mean of ICBRM variable energy control technique which provides suitable power supply feeding to load requirements, and also, improve the feeding efficiency resulting in increased energy saving. The Integral Cycle Binary Rate Modulation (ICBRM) signals are integral cycle compositions of 8-bit binary rate multiplier (BRM) and 50 Hz, three-phase AC voltage signals which are divided into 8 parts per cycle, so that 2040 patterns are provided for the single-phase and three-phase feeding applications. Experimental results shows that such methods can be properly implemented for lighting bulbs and three-phase induction motor with low energy loss. This mean that the technique provides high efficiency performance and conducts energy saving.

The soft computing has been applying to a wide variety of control systems in industry because of their control capability and flexibility. They are powerful to handle the complicated mechanical systems with various nonlinear which are difficult to be modeled as mathematical formulas. This paper presents a novel autonomous algorithm for the identification of unknown structured mechanical systems using Genetic Algorithms (GA), where the optimal order of a system and the optimal set of coefficient polynomial can be determined by the optimization ability of GA.

In this paper, the design of the networks system through CAN bus is presented. To distribute the control points with a long distance and different located for the application to on-off electrical equipment by the remote I/O module. The controlling and communication between the PLC and the remote I/O modules are used by the CAN bus serial communication. In this paper, the experiment has been set up the maximum of 32 remote I/O modules. Each remote I/Os are linked to host PLC programmed for handling a interrupt request from any remote I/O independently. Therefore, the scanning time of the controller not effects. By using this technique, the controller(PLC) can be efficiently applied to the several hundred meters.

This paper reports the effect of surrounding conditions, e.g. IR radiation through IR window and the reflectivity and temperature of internal surface of chamber on the temperature and emissivity measurement. The results show that the transmission percentage of IR window is about 50 for all IR temperatures, except when the target temperature was the same as the surrounding temperature (T,ur). At this condition (Ts = Tc), the temperature readings were almost the same for all percentage of IR window. The accurate temperature measurement can be achieved by adjustment of the transmission correction in the IR camera or in the software. Considering the effect of materials surface and temperature of chamber, it can be concluded that the surrounding conditions can affect to the accurate emissivity measurement only with the high reflectance object, whereas the high emissivity object has no effect from the surround.

The propose of this research is analyzing the optimize tool path for applying to control the engraving machine by based on designed database in AutoCAD being standard of ASCII Drawing Interchange File (DXF). The software is developed with AutoCAD to analyze search path and control actuators. In part of the motor drive, position data will be translated into frequency of pulse supplied to control stepping motor. The analyzed data is sent to control actuators then the results, which reduce all time of movement, are gotten. This research performs a generic model to control position and direction of 2-axis movement for many applications.
