    The results showed that the majority of tourists visiting the site were female, between the ages of 20-30, single, and had completed a bachelor's degree. Most of the tourists were students and had a monthly income of at most 15,000 THB. In terms of agritourism behavior, the study found that most tourists visited the site during weekends and holidays for study tours before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. First-time visitors were prevalent, and most were influenced by friends and colleagues before the pandemic. During the pandemic, self-decision became the primary factor for traveling. Tourists preferred day trips to the Suan Yai Da agritourism site, with a majority intending to revisit the site. People's recommendations and Facebook fan pages were the top sources of information for tourists. Regarding the perception of marketing mix factors, tourists gave the highest importance to the awards received by the agritourism site as the best tourist attraction (= 4.25). This indicates that the reputation and recognition of the agritourism site play a significant role in attracting visitors. Other product factors that were highly rated included processed products available (= 4.20), lectures for agricultural knowledge (= 4.20), and the ability of tourists to visit all year round (= 4.14). In terms of price factors, tourists rated all of them as important, with mean ratings () ranging from 4.12 to 4.25. Overall, the study provides insights into the socio-demographic profile, agritourism behavior, and perceptions of marketing mix factors of tourists visiting the Suan Yai Da agritourism site. The findings can serve as a basis for agritourism service providers to improve their services and attract more tourists.

    The agricultural tourism management in family business: Case study of rayong province in Thailand
    (2018-12-01) ;
    The agricultural tourism management in family business of 7 farms in Eastern of Thailand was studied. It is used the quality research with 7-S McKinsey principle. The management style was differed in family business way with flexibility although not do the full-time work. In this case, they helped each other to determine the tourist numbers with the durian numbers to be consumed in each day. Thus, it was easy to manage because this system to do for the household account as well as no IT system to collect data. In the part of the shared value, it was not regulated clearly with the different uniqueness from business tourist attractions. As the result, it was flexible with no strictness directly to the requirements of the private tourists.

    The aim of this study was to applications of input-output analysis in economy of central north-eastern in Thailand, particularly the agricultural fields in the central north-eastern. This study shows the impact of economic activity on the basis of output in each province in central north-eastern in order to know the forward and backward links as well as impact on economic of the regions, ability to add value and the income distribution in each field of production in the central north-eastern. The results of study found that the production and agricultural field are rarely ability to add value and income distribution. Moreover, the production in the central region is inadequate to meet the demand in the area. Therefore, production is needed to be imported from outside the north-eastern region. The potential event forward linkage in the central of Northeast is the production of appliances and electrical equipment, Iron and steel industry, other manufacturing, Printing and Manufacture of chemicals and chemical products.

    Insoluble forms of phosphorus (P) may be converted to soluble P by phosphate-solubilizing organisms living different soil ecosystems to make them available for plant roots to be absorbed. In this study, isolation of rhizobacteria and screening of their ability for phosphate solubilization was done. A total of 25 isolates were obtained from upland rice rhizosphere in Isabela province, Philippines. Measuring the solubilizing efficiency revealed that seven out of 25 isolates were found to be promising phosphate-solubilizers showing clearing zone around the colony. Moreover, phosphorus solubilization index (PSI) of the isolates ranged from 1.25 to 1.60 and results obtained are higher than other observations indicating that strains of bacteria isolated are effective phosphate-solubilizers. Furthermore, these PSB could serve as efficient biofertilizer candidates for improving the P nutrition of the crop. This observation can be a promising contribution to cropping system of upland rice, which is constrained by drought leading to inefficient P acquisition. If further developed, this can be eco-friendly and prove to be cost effective strategy to improve upland rice production particularly in the Philippines.

The planting for mango ripe sales with the totals was 12,836 baht/Rai, profit was 17,584 baht/Rai. It was found that the planting for ripe mango sales was capable to earn the benefits more than the planting for raw mango selling. In addition, the ripe mango selling had the low level of Break Even Point to gain the quick back and high return value (NPV and IRR).

    Factors affecting consumer purchasing decisions for quality durian in Rayong Province, Thailand
    (2025-05-01)

    ;
    ; ;
    The findings revealed that the majority of durian consumers were women. The average age was 36.97 years old. The majority were married and had a bachelor’s degree or higher. Most consumers worked for non-government businesses and earned an average monthly income of less than 20,000 Thai baht, living in a shared household of less than five people. The study found that the marketing mix factors found to be important to the decision to buy quality durian at the highest level consisted of price (mean = 4.35), product (mean = 4.33), service process (mean = 4.31), people (mean = 4.21), physical evidence (mean = 4.20), promotion (mean = 4.20), and place (mean = 4.14), respectively. Multiple regression analysis revealed that three key factors significantly influenced consumer purchasing decisions. From demographic variables, education level showed a significant negative relationship (β =-0.147, p = 0.038) and household size demonstrated a significant positive relationship (β = 0.153, p = 0.026). Among the marketing mix variables, only price emerged as a statistically significant predictor (β = 0.209, p = 0.049).
