Item type:Publication, Dry film Holographic grating based on computer-generated mask Lithography(2022-01-01) ;Inneam, Chanikan ;Tipawan Khlayboonme, S.; ; This paper presented an alternative technique for fabricating the dry film holographic grating based on a mask generated by computer simulation and experimental results. The mask was generated by a fringe pattern which is created by the mathematical model of two beams interference with various angles. Computer simulation of the fringe pattern was printed on film, i.e., the holographic grating mask. The mask was attached on dry film and then illuminated by UV light, where the lithography technique was applied. According to the lithography technique, the computer-generated holographic grating mask was transferred to dry film. After fabrication, fringe patterns obtained from the grating were observed. Then, the grating period was analyzed and confirmed by Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM). Experimental results show that the method could apply to fabricate the dry film holographic grating. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

Item type:Publication, Electronic nose ammonia gas monitoring via IoT system for Chlorella sp. cultivation(2023-01-01); ;Kruakuanphet, Aphichaya ;Phongwisit, Phachara; In this paper, we present an electronic nose ammonia gas monitoring via IoT system for Chlorella sp. cultivation. The MQ–137 gas sensor module is selected as the primary sensor for measuring ammonia gas concentration. The pH sensor module is the sensor for measuring the pH levels in Chlorella sp. ponds. The MQ–137 gas sensors are calibrated with a known concentration of ammonia gas in the calibration box. Calibration conditions are set corresponding to low concentration of ammonia gas produced by Chlorella sp. cultivation. The pH sensor module is calibrated against a standard pH buffer. The calibration data obtained from the calibration method is input into computer programming and processed by the ESP8266 microprocessor. After calibration, the MQ–137 gas sensor and pH sensor modules are used to measure the ammonia gas concentration and pH levels in the Chlorella sp. ponds. Chlorella sp. is cultivated under three conditions of light intensity, natural light with an average light intensity of 1521 Lux, and artificial light with a light intensity of 1000 Lux and 2000 Lux, respectively. The ammonia gas concentration and pH levels of Chlorella sp. cultivation are transferred to the cloud system and displayed via the IoT system. And the system can also send a notification to a smartphone when ammonia gas concentration and the pH levels reach the specified value. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, DEVELOPMENT AND EXPERIMENTAL CHARACTERIZATION OF AN IOT-CONTROLLED RGB LED LIGHTING SYSTEM FOR HYDROPONIC APPLICATIONS(2026-01-01) ;Worsoongnern, S.; ; ; This study presents the development of an Internet of Things-based RGB LED lighting system for precise, flexible light control in hydroponic plants. The system consists of 480 high-power RGB LEDs controlled by an ESP8266 microcontroller, enabling real-time adjustment of light intensity, photoperiod, and color ratios via a smartphone. Pulse-width modulation duty-cycle modulation enables the generation of white light suitable for different stages of plant growth. Experimental results show a linear correlation between illuminance and duty cycle for all color channels. Spectral analysis confirms stable emission within the photosynthetically active radiation range (400–700 nm), with the spectral composition remaining unchanged even when brightness is reduced (dimming). The system demonstrates high control accuracy and adaptability for regulating plant growth lighting, particularly for leafy vegetables such as lettuce. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, Synthesis of Pb-doped CdS quantum dot using SILAR method on mesoporous TiO2 layer(2021-01-28) ;Sudswasd, Yosita ;Liu, Feng ;Toyoda, Taro ;Shen, QingThis research focuses on the fabrication of CdS quantum dot-sensitized solar cells (QDSCs). CdS quantum dots (QDs) were fabricated on a mesoporous TiO<inf>2</inf> electrode using a successive ion layer adsorption and reaction (SILAR) method and Pb doping concentrations (0, 2, 4, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 %mol) were varied. The change in optical properties of CdS QDs was found to be affected by Pb doping. The Pb-doped CdS QDSCs were determined under the illumination of 100 mWcm-2, which indicated the highest power conversion efficiency (PCE) was 1.73% at 20% Pb dopant. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, Rhodamine 6G and Au–Pd core–shell nanorods: Fluorescence enhancement for detection of mercury(2018-01-01) ;Rammarat, Ekkachai ;Kraithong, Sasiwimon ;Wanichacheva, Nantanit ;Swanglap, PattanawitWe show that hybrid organic–inorganic particles are efficient for accurate sensing of mercury ions and following up trace amounts of the mercury pollutions spread in the environment. The process of synthesis of a working substance starts from preparation of rhodamine 6G derivative. Then the dye molecules are bound on the surface of Au–Pd core–shell nanorods. Mercury ions with different concentrations are finally attached onto this fluorescence sensor. Fluorescence emission of the sensor is detected with a luminescence spectrophotometer. The experimental results demonstrate that the fluorescence intensity of one of our sensors, a sensor B, is remarkably enhanced when the mercury-ion concentration increases from 0 to 15.5 µM. The limit of detection of the ions is as low as 20.6 nM. The working mechanism of our fluorescence sensor can be explained through the fluorescence-energy transfer and the plasmonic effect associated with spirolactam forms of rhodamine and conducting bimetallic nanoparticles.1 - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, Imaging enhancement of digital holography using photorefractive effect(2015-01-01) ;Sidakum, K.; ;Plaipichit, S.; Yoshimori, K.In this research, two-wave coupling in photorefractive lithium niobate crystal has been used to do imaging enhancement of digital holography (DH) system. The image bearing beam of in-line DH system has been incident and interfered with a reference beam that was emerged from the same laser on a LiNbO<inf>3</inf> crystal. With certain angles between both beams, the energy of the reference beam was transferred to the image bearing beam then resulted the enhancement of the reconstructed image of the DH system. By using the suitable intensity of laser beam with a right PR crystal, the image from an in-line DH imaging system would be improved.1 - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, The Effect of PbS Colloidal Quantum Dots with CdS and ZnS Coating on Photovoltaic Properties(2023-01-01) ;Wichaiyo, Napasuda; ;Shen, QingIn this research, we used the co-precipitation method to fabricate lead sulfide colloidal quantum dots (PbS CQDs) for photovoltaic cells. PbS CQDs were deposited uniformly on a titanium dioxide electrode by the dip-coating method. Photoelectrodes were prepared by coating layers using the successive ionic layer adsorption and reaction (SILAR) method. A solar simulation was used to investigate the photovoltaic properties of photoelectrodes under one sun illumination (100 mW/cm2) at room temperature (AM 1.5 G). The photovoltaic measurements demonstrated that TiO<inf>2</inf>/PbS CQDs with CdS and ZnS coating electrodes had a maximum power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 1.01 %. The crystallite size of PbS CQDs with different coating layers was analyzed using X-ray diffraction (XRD), and the crystallite size range was 6-7 nm. The existence of PbS CQDs and coating layers on the TiO<inf>2</inf> electrodes was confirmed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS). UV-visible spectroscopy was used to obtain the optical properties of the photoelectrodes. The optical band gap was 0.72-0.75 eV.1 - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, Multi-range Ammonia Gas Sensor Control and Monitor via IoT System(2022-01-01) ;Kruakuanphet, Aphichaya ;Phongwisit, Phachara; ; In this paper, we present a multi-range of ammonia gas concentration control and monitoring via IoT system. We can select the ammonia gas concentration measurement range by adjusting load resistance within the voltage divider circuit. The appropriate measurement range, which corresponds to the concentration of ammonia gas produced by agricultural and industrial activities, can control and monitor via Blynk application. The MQ-137 gas sensor is selected as the main sensor, and each load resistance condition within the voltage divider circuit is calibrated with known ammonia gas concentration inside a calibration box. The calibration data is input into computer programming and processed by ESP8266 microprocessor. After calibration, we obtained a multi-range ammonia gas sensor suitable for measuring the ammonia gas concentration for each concentration range. The experiment showed that load resistance affects the measurement accuracy of ammonia gas concentration. We can select the load resistance suitable for the ammonia gas concentration and display on a smartphone via IoT system.1 - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, Effect of SILAR Techniques on Photovoltaic Properties of PbS Quantum Dot Sensitized Solar Cells(2018-12-19); ;Tusamalee, P. ;Liu, F. ;Toyoda, T.Shen, Q.PbS quantum dots (QDs) have been received attention as a photosensitizer for quantum dot sensitized solar cells (QDSSCs) due to their narrow band gaps, quantum size effect, and multiple exciton generation (MEG). In this work, we prepared PbS QDSSCs by successive ionic layer adsorption and reaction method (SILAR) with PbS QDs deposited onto titanium dioxide (TiO <inf>2</inf> ), then the PbS QDs have been investigated the effect of SILAR cycles on photovoltaic properties. The power conversion efficiency (PCE) of the solar cells is dependent on SILAR cycles and an optimal SILAR cycle is two cycles. The PbS QDSSCs achieve the PCE of 1.79% with the photocurrent of 16.39 mA/cm -2 . Moreover, the optical properties were investigated by UV-visible absorption spectroscopy, which reveals a SILAR cycle affecting a band gap of PbS QDs.1
